The food is great and wait time was minimal.
But the kid taking the order DOES NOT know customer service. He did not say a word, did not greet, and just stared at me until I ordered. Management, please teach your younger staff customer service skills.

I come from a place where there is no Culver’s. I’ve had it a few times now and every single time its just amazing. It’s always fresh, tastes juicy & awesome. If your someone who usually needs a couple burgers to get full – just get the triple! Way more than enough, watch. Nobody will judge you for adding on some curds with that – it’s worth it. Lol
Yes, it is pricey. For my budget at least. Just save it for a time you really want a burger, you won’t regret it 🙂

This isn’t the first time I have been to a culver’s. They are excellent across the board at every location. Their service is quick. They bring the food to you.. I ordered a mushroom Swiss, and it is absolutely amazing. Juiciest burger, I have had in months. I also ordered a root beer shake and cheese curds. If you don’t know the cheese curds, come with multiple fresh cheeses and marinara sauce if you wish. 10 out of 10 Would recommend this place to anyone. Lastly, I ordered everything separately, but the cashier chose to try to save me money by combining it as a combo meal, which I really appreciate.

Staff is indifferent (all other Culver’s have great friendly staff). If you order to go they will have you park and stack ip so their reports on speed look better when I reality they are slow. Inconvenience for the patron shouldn’t be 2nd to the paper trail for store.

Sad to post this review but today we did not enjoy our meals. We have eaten here several times before always at or soon after they open. Our meals were freshly prepared and hot. Not today though, we came between 2-230. Ordered the 3 pc fish meals, which by the way have increased in price to 19.95. We sat at one booth but moved because we didn’t care to listen to the new hire meeting going on behind us.
Our meal arrived , the fish was very oily, dry,chewy and possibly refried , the fries were left over’s lukewarm at best. Very disappointing.
So my suggestion is if you want it fresher go when they first open for the day you’ll enjoy the food better.

We have stopped here two or three times recently when we were working on my dad’s house and this Culver’s is so yummy. The one that we have in my hometown is not as good sadly. So it is a treat when we are in Longmont to enjoy this quality. However my dad did say that he thought that the quality of the burgers has gone down over time and that they are smaller and thinner than they used to be. But as always I post my thoughts and my review so I was happy with my food. But I doubt that this would be a five-star review if he was posting his opinion just saying. One thing I love about Culver’s is that they will always give you customizations and it doesn’t feel like you are burdening them. It is built into their motto or something to help you get your burger the way that you want it and not make you feel bad about it haha. Most places I would not ask for changes because I feel like they will just get mad at you and they’re not going to do it right anyway so why bother. But at Culver’s I know that it is fine to do that and I really enjoy my burger without any sauce. I get lettuce and tomato cheese and bacon and no sauce and it is perfectly delicious. I will probably stop by at least once more next time we have to work in Longmont. It will be one of the things I miss when I no longer visit.

Super inconsistent Culver’s. Been coming here for years, because sometimes it’s just AMAZING. Some of the best burgers around. They’re warm and juicy and drip delicious grease. But wow sometimes the burgers are just terrible. Not sure what’s going on. Today the cheese on my burger wasn’t melted at all. Didn’t drip at all. The patties were barely warm and they were dry. Weird too considering the drive thru line was huge so they were busy so you’d think it’d be fresh but the burger seemed like they used old patties and just threw cheese on it before putting the buns on. Tasted like some high school cafeteria burger. Just don’t get it. This happens like half the time I come here. I’m going to stop coming, not worth the risk. Was 3:30pm on Friday. Plus the cashier did not understand what I wanted, I clearly said triple cheeseburger with mayo. I had to correct her to put mayo on it before she sent it but sadly I didn’t notice she rang in only a double. I was in a rush so didn’t have time to send it back and get a triple. I just hope a manager sees this and corrects the problem with the inconsistent cooks, because when this place does it right it’s hard to beat. If it was always like it is today I’d give a 1 star, but half the time it’s 5 star worthy, so weird, so I give it 3/5 stars
