2nd? 3rd edit? From crappy food to 30% apple pie (not price, the pie itself), triple inside visit after drive thru mistake. Once I get, twice? Three times What a JOKE!!!!! I get part of it is on me but when they assure me it’s hot and fresh and wrapped all nicely it’s going to be right. The manager himself handled it.

The atmosphere was clean and bright. The service was probably the best we’ve had from McDonald’s. We ordered fast, received our food fast AND it was accurate. Our server had a big smile throughout our visit. Only somewhat negative was the meat on the steak and egg mcgriddle was stringy.

By far the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I drive for a living and have been to many McDonald’s. This one was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the staff was amazing. They even have fresh flowers in vases on every table. Loved it!! 10 outta 10 across the board.

Firstly, before I say anything, I checked and made sure Mcdonald’s was open, which they were. It said they’re open until 11. I placed a mobile order at around 9:30 and was at the curbside for about 30 minutes. I went
to the window and the entire place was empty. No workers, nobody. They still had everything on. Lights, the order menu, the big screen’s you can place an order on. Then when I went to cancel my order it said that I received my order and now it won’t let me get a refund.

OK, so this was the coolest and cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been to in my lifetime & even with a conference room. I show a picture below. I thought what an innovative idea to have a conference room! Great idea, McDonald’s! They also had a very clean restroom, restaurant, & parking lot, everything!! Love Greenfield, IN, location.

It’s been 2x that I’ve been to this location and ordered specifically from the monopoly menu and only got 1 game piece. According to the app this particular time I was supposed to get 2 game pieces. I brought it to the managers attention and even showed her on my phone in the app and she told me that I have to call corporate to resolve the issue. I was there the night before and was short 2 piece’s and the manager did honor it after I told him what the app showed and he gave me the 2 other game tickets with no issues. I’m a frequent app user specifically to get the perks. If anyone that should of called corporate it should of been her. All she had to do was say ok since this is what the app is saying and give me the ticket and let corporate know herself.

This is the best McDonald’s I’ve visited in years! It was immaculate with flowers on the tables, quick service, and good, hot food. We are traveling through and just stopped….. Great crew! You don’t see much pride in these places anymore. Well done!

This is by far the best McDonald’s in the area. I travel between New Palestine app the way up to Noblesville & Carmel. No McDonald’s in that area touches this MacDonald’s. They are always so polite, of they make a mistake they are quick to fix it and with sincere apology. I have never had an experience where I left upset. True politeness is hard to find in the fast food industry, so it means even more when you do find it. Keep up the good work

I ordered on the app, pulling into the drive-through with no one there. With that in mind, there should be NO reason my food is cold, hardly warm! My fries tasted old like they’d been sitting in old grease and under a lamp. They were soggy with little to no salt on them. My chicken nuggets were the same. They tasted disgusting and old. My drink had little ice like it’d been sitting there. They had me pull up and sit there, then when I received my bag, the word “Poor” is handwritten in purple marker on the mobile receipt stuck to the bag. And don’t worry, I have a picture and already got my money back and sent in a horrible survey. Will never be back to this location!
