I was there with my son at 12:30 today. We decided to go inside and order to go. It was very busy (probably peak lunch rush) Isaiah, who took our order was kind, friendly, and efficient. He was patient with my kiddo’s order and had a warm smile for every customer we saw him help. As we waited for our food in the pickup area near the counter, we had the opportunity to observe the team working. Everyone was so kind to customers and to their teammates. I heard multiple people say encouraging things to their colleagues, and lots of “good job” and “thank you” between team members. Everyone was intensely busy and yet still being so kind to each other and to all of the customers as well. Just wanted to say thank you for setting such a great example for my kiddo and me in the midst of a stressful day. Y’all are awesome! (Also, the food was great as usual!)

Be prepared to wait forever. This location is unorganized and timing is very unpredictable. They put a sign out that the mobile order line is coming soon but it’s been about 2 years they should’ve done that. I’ve been coming here I know, and what’s so annoying is that you can put an order in online but if you don’t get in line to check in by 10:30 they cut you off for breakfast. No exceptions, I think that would be fair if your drive thru was organized for mobile orders. Anyway the food is good, obviously I still come, Lol, but this location lacks any kind of sense of urgency, forget coming on the weekend, the workers do not hustle they move slow meanwhile traffic is horrendous. Plan ahead if you really wanna eat here. UPDATE 2/28 im here again because it’s the closest to my home a I love the breakfast but honestly this is the worst CFA in the nation. It’s got to be I’d bet on it. Still no improvement in wait time and signs still say mobile drive thru coming soon

We were cruising our way down the drive through and we were yearning for some cold dessert yum. We pull up and this super awesome man named Julio took our order. Even though we took 300 years to order, Julio was the most attentive and patient person EVER!!!!! #welovejulio we WILL be coming back

Overall, the staff was friendly and attentive; however, the noise level inside can make it difficult for servers to clearly hear orders. I requested a Dr. Pepper but was given a Diet Dr. Pepper instead. I also noticed several customers double-checking their orders both when placing them and again upon receiving them, which suggests this may be a common issue when it’s moderately loud.
This Chick-fil-A does not have an extended drive-thru. When the line backs up, it’s often quicker and more efficient to park and go inside rather than idling in your car and wasting fuel.

Came here for the first time on October 10th around 1pm for lunch. The place was packed full of customers and the drive-thru line was super long. Despite all that, I got my food in about 12 minutes or so. I thought I’d be waiting a lot longer. The food was really good.

Absolutely ridiculous how long it takes them to fill online orders for pickup. Pretty frustrating when I’ve ordered ahead and then every single car in the drive thru gets their food before a single online pick up. I like to come get breakfast before work and it routinely takes 10-15 sometimes 20 minutes to get a biscuit and hash browns?! Honestly floored because this has never happened to me at any chick fil a location and happens here once a week. Today I sat from 7:15 and am typing this in the line at 7:32. Ridiculous

Walked in this chick fil a and all the tables that were not sat at weren’t clean at all, which is fine. I asked several people to clean it, they didn’t, we proceeded to wait till one was clean. WE WAITED ABOUT 10 MINS! STILL NOTHING. And the manager was just talking about a toy with some other coworkers. So disrespectful and rude.

I came through the drive thru today on my way to work. Jamaal was helping to train while taking my order and his energy was absolutely fabulous and reviving. He immediately complimented my hair color and boosted my ego for the day, and simply just made my day in general with his energy. I myself feel ready to tackle my day now. Thanks Jamaal!
