Honestly, the nicest Waffle House experience I’ve ever had. April is so sweet and funny- made us all feel at home and taken care of. The chefs nailed it just from food being called out, and they even gave us all hats when they realized we were traveling. Will make sure to stop at this Waffle House every time we come through MO.

We were just a little hungry before heading to our hotel and stopped by the Waffle House. We split an Allstar Breakfast and that was more than enough for both of us. The good is very good, served quickly and piping hot. Our server was very friendly and attentive. A perfect meal after a long day.

I usually love waffle house. We unfortunately didn’t even get to eat. We walked in and the nice waitress said sit anywhere with menus. Only thing we saw with menus was the counter. Other 2 ppl in my party said between us is there no booths.. the rude waitress behind the counter had an attitude and goes there’s booths over there.. I don’t expect an attitude especially when she wasn’t even spoken to. We left. No need to be rude

This Waffle House was more than a house, it was a Waffle Home. After spending the day exploring Joplin, my girlfriend and I were tired and hungry, and we needed to eat something and fast.
This was our first time eating at a Waffle House, from what had been shared online about the chain (think memes), we believed that this location would add some credibility to those claims. We were wrong, and we were pleased to be wrong. The meals were extremely delicious and it almost made us forget about it being a chain restaurant.
The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. Our meals were a warm welcome after our brief (and cold) jaunt over from the nearby Days Inn.

If you want a place that absolutely does not give a damn about customers, then this is your place.
If you want a place that serves food you won’t puke up in a few hours, try the McDonalds down the road.

I ordered a sausage omelet with no cheese and double hashbrowns, food came out perfect, exactly how I wanted it. When i ordered , my server was 10/10. Quick, well spoken, and most of all, helpful. Whenever I needed something he was on it and i made sure to remember his name, Chase. Very nice place and 100% will be back.

Bugs in drinks, weird floating stuff in the waters, cup had bugs stuck to it inside. Food came out quick but the server kept getting it wrong, staff is pretty chaotic they got waffle batter pouring out of the waffle makers and down the sides, there’s a whole bunch of flies and gnats everywhere the staff was getting angry at each other just not a good place to eat Go somewhere else, not here

Servers were very nosy and rude I was talking to my boyfriend when the waitress chimed in and answered for him and then the cook when he was walking by stopped and tried to see what I was doing on my phone… Also put way too much pepper in the biscuits and gravy my boyfriend is allergic to pepper
