Pic Songsaeng was raised in the North Eastern Region of Thailand. Her passion for cooking began when she was in elementary school and helped her mother cook and sell Thai food from their food stall in front of her childhood home. Eventually her love of cooking led her to obtain a Bachelor’s degree to better establish herself to be a successful Chef and business owner. She went on to work for several 4-star resorts throughout Thailand starting as a Commis-III Chef rapidly working her way up to Demi Chef at the famous 5-star Metropolitan in Bangkok Thailand. If you are looking for authentic, high-quality Thai food, look no further than Bangkok Station. After trying countless spots where the quality is a total gamble—sometimes okay, other times practically inedible—finding Pic’s truck has been a total game-changer.
The Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) is the most consistently delicious version I’ve ever had. While other places serve up inconsistent messes, Pic nails the flavor and texture every single time. It’s officially my absolute go-to!
I’ve also branched out to the Spicy Basil Beef, which is excellent, and you can tell the Fresh Rolls are actually fresh, not pulled out of a freezer bag. To top it all off, the Mango with Sticky Rice is scrumptious; I saw that Pic actually cut the mango fresh for my orders.
It is clear that she puts her heart into this business. From the freshness of the ingredients to the wonderful depth of flavor, the quality is unmatched. If you want Thai food you can actually rely on to be great every time, go see Pic at Bangkok Station!

Love the owner and the food here! I had kind of given up on ordering Pad Thai from different places in the Clackamas County area because it hasn’t been very good (I know it’s not traditional Thai food, but I love it, sue me) …and I was going to order something else. But when the owner greeted me, she went out of her way to tell me how incredible it was (without any inquiry from me) and I felt like it was a sign that I had to give this one a shot. I’m so thrilled I did, this is probably the best Pad Thai I’ve had in Oregon. It wasn’t too ketchup-y, and it wasn’t too dry, it was PERFECTION. I got it with chicken and shrimp, and the serving was huge! I let the owner know how much I loved her food and she was so sweet. I honestly can’t wait to come back, because of how wonderful she was. If you haven’t tried this spot yet, definitely check it out!

Have picked up from here and have been meaning to try it out, especially as they have Drunken Noodles and are more affordable.
Finally got the Drunken Noodles with chicken, level 3 spicy. Was very good and enjoyed the flavor and the chewy texture of the wide rice noodles. Their Thai tea is also lovely.
The lady who helped me was great and the food came in a timely manner. She was kind and it made my day.

I stopped by the food cart on my way back from visiting Burton Park and spotted this little Thai food cart in the Electric Lettuce complex. I ordered the basil spicy dish, and it was so tasty and authentic! The owner and her daughter are so sweet and welcoming. I would recommend anyone to stop by this food cart to grab some food for your camp out or on the way back. It’s worth your time and happy tummy.

I ordered the Pad Thai and it was terrific. Great flavor and loved it. I also got spring rolls and OH MY WORD the peanut sauce was fabulous. I loved this place. Loved loved loved. An added bonus was the staff. She was the kindest person. Loved this food and experience.

We’ve been coming here for years and we love this Thai food, every time we eat Pad Thai somewhere else we end up saying that it’s not as good as this one. Great variety on the menu and I’ve never been disappointed with a menu item. Pic is very friendly and we love supporting her and her daughter.
