I had visited the branches in Mexico and while I was in Laredo, we decided to check out one of the locations here.
The service was amazing. The waitress had a great attitude, very professional. She gave us recommendations based on what we like, and was super attentive the whole time.
The food was tasty and well served. We didn’t have to wait for a table and everything came out really fast.
The place was clean and well kept, perfect for a family visit.
All in all, we had a great experience!

We waited a little bit for our table, but it’s ok because we were 9. Service was not great. It took a while for some to take our drink order or to get bread. We got our bread and drinks when a lady that was walking by with a head piece asked if everything was ok. That’s when we told her that we haven’t gotten our drinks or bread. Food was good. Big portions. Margaritas are good. My only issue was service. And the restaurant was not packed.
Silverware need to be cleaned after they are washed. As u can see from the pic. They have spot from the wash. it doesn’t look good.

Joel and the other young lady that was over in the area worked well with each other. They ensure our glasses were never empty and we wanted for not. I am grateful for the hospitality that is missed a lot in the area I am from. Keep it up. Service like that will keep people coming back.

I took my son for his birthday, since he likes the pasta from this place. Me personally I think the pasta is too heavy on the belly. The service was expedient and professional. As stated before is the quality of the food is ok. My son liked the visit and the staff sang happy birthday which lighted his day. Keep up the good work.

It was my first time at this location and it was an amazing experience. My cousin invited me and we were sitting at the bar and Mandy gave such awesome service, our bartenders. She was really awesome. However, every single person that I met that was working there exceptional service. The food was amazing and the margarita that Mandy made was delicious! Maybe one of the best locations of Olive Garden, people who work here are so nice and pleasant, they keep this place so clean and atmosphere is really positive! I really liked that!
