We got called over to this food truck by Garrett at the window. We decided to try the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and the Mac and cheese. While we were waiting Garrett asked if we liked fish. I told him I have not had any catfish that I’ve ever enjoyed. He told me he would change my mind and cooked up a piece of fish for my wife and I to taste. It was amazing!
We took the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich home. Now I’ve craved a good Philly Cheese Steak for a long time. Every time I’ve had one in the last two years I’ve been disappointed. Truly, I had just about given up on the idea of what a good Philly Cheese Steak should taste like. That was until today. This Philly Cheese Steak sandwich was top notch. It tasted amazing.
The Mac and cheese was made with pene pasta and it was also some of the best Mac and cheese I’ve had.
Bottom line… Try this place out. You will love the food. There truly is “Soul” in the cooking here.
