OK in a pinch, but waiting 20 minutes for grease-laden, order-by-numbers food isn’t a great experience.

Came in around 7:40 on a weeknight. Ordered takeout at the counter. Shoulda taken a hint from how long it took the folks in front of us to get their order in. We actually had a hard time as we couldn’t hear the kid helping us (or really ourselves) over supervisor (?) working the next register.

All-in-all, we counted 7 front-of-the-house staff and 2-3 in the kitchen. There were 3 parties inside, a couple folks coming inside to pick up mobile orders, a few cars in the drive through and 4-5 in the curbside spots. Seems like more than enough staff for the load, but none of them were exactly in a rush to get things done. Was actually quite maddening to watch 4 people watch one person put together one order, hand it to a waiting customer, and then go back and put together our order (from already finished items on the pass).

Maybe I’m just old or something, but man, we really set the bar low for qualifies as acceptable performance at work now.

The food itself was OK. My burger was surprisingly bland for fast food (usually over salty), but was good if you can get past the grease that soaked through the wrapper and bag. My daughter’s burger looked like someone got angry and punched the top of it. Other than the smashed-in bun, it was good.

The redeeming factor was that Culver l’s has seemed to do a little better on keeping prices in check than most others. It was $26 for meals w/ fries+drinks for both of us. Not great, but have seen far worse recently.

Food is good, they need to work more in customer service, but what is urgent is to clean the place. I cannot believe that the manager does not realize that the carpet is disgusting, the areas dirty, napkins thrown away, empty and dirty dispensers. There are people who still enjoy going down to eat at the place and the experience is very bad. Really do something to improve…… come back!!!

We ordered two burgers at the drive thru and were told to pull over to wait. 10 minutes go by and 2 cars that ordered after us were helped first. They both had ice cream and a large bag of food, obviously way more food than us. I don’t understand why customers with a larger order who ordered later were helped first but oh well. We finally get our food and I’m almost done with my burger, take another bite and notice I’m eating something that is NOT food. I pull this large piece of plastic out of my mouth. Disgusting and a choking hazard. My boyfriend pulled a hair out of his burger but he tossed it before I could get a picture. This has got to be the worst location in the state.

Food is great, Culvers has always been reliable food and one of the better burger options in this price point. The cheese curds are a must. As a root beer connoisseur, Culver’s in house root beer and their diet root beer are great options.

I did place an online order and have to wait an additional 15 minutes after the set time, so I did Mark it down a bit. No complaints on the food though.

As a Midwesterner I’m very disappointed in this Culver’s. Slow, MASSIVELY overpriced, and their drive thru is not organized like a drive thru? The entire point of a drive thru is speed and ensuring your order is not forgotten or delayed. Instead, here, you go through the drive thru and they immediately go make you park across the lot??? No, that’s not how it works, I’m sitting here. If you want me gone, bring my food. I know exactly why they do it too-Corporate has metrics for time so if they make us leave the drive thru line, their times look better. Left a foul taste in my mouth that three employees came out trying to get me to move to the exact right place instead of concentrating on their jobs.

I’m sure this is corporate policy, and I’m here to tell you it’s stupid, inefficient, and angers the customers. I will never eat here again.

This is an absolute great place. Got off work late was craving culvers wasn’t sure I’d get there in time to order called them explained my situation they took my order over the phone to pick up in lobby ! I was so happy! Once I’m craving something I have to have it! When I came in everyone was super nice not upset with my last minute order.
They really went above and beyond. The staff that was working Weds night on 11/12 was phenomenal! Thank you guys!!!

It’s easy to see that if you are not there to babysit your food when it is ordered, they will have a field day making it inedible. I don’t know why they hate delivery orders so much.
I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger, pretzel bites and a shake. My burger was seated next to my shake IN A BAG, which caused my shake to melt and my burger to freeze into an absolutely unholy position, which it solidified into permanently, which wasn’t as much of an inconvenience as it may sound. The bun was stale anyway, and hard, so my intentions of eating it ended there. My pretzel bites were the dark shade of brown JUST before something turns black and even the “I like mine dark” people won’t touch it. $30 for honor of ordering their garbage.
Just… Don’t. Culver’s, you’re a disgrace and disgusting.,

I got delivery. Received a screw in my pop. I sent email and called to just report it to the manager he said I’ll have owner call took my info and have never received any updates maybe my money back for the pop. Because I couldn’t drink it obviously. So I decided that no response ment who cares . Well people who purchase care. I was going to upload a Pic but it dont let me. So heads up guys.
I probably would have let it go had they reached out and apologize.

Same complaint as everyone else, this location takes waaaaay too long, hope you don’t have anything to do for a while because there is nothing fast about this place.

Edit: then I get home and I’m charged for extra items that i don’t ask for! I have onion rings that I didn’t ask for and the burger bun is smashed flat like a pancake. This location sucks!! Worst in Arizona maybe the country!!!

The crew members of this restaurant are very high quality workers. However there is a manager or multiple managers bringing down the moral and quality of the restaurant as a whole with how they talk to and manage the employees. I’ve seen it with my own eyes multiple times when I’ve been in to eat or pick up food. I don’t like how they talk to the younger members of the crew especially who have been amazing to me every time I’ve been in.
