Impeccable service at the IHOP in Lancaster! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Food came out quickly and exactly as ordered. Definitely a great experience—highly recommend!

I will never go back to IHOP. I went there Sunday to eat breakfast and all their meals was got $18192025. That was ridiculous for breakfast. I don’t have that kind of money. So she told me, well, we got the senior 55 plus here, supposed to be just over $13. I got the coffee and I asked for blueberries, not regular Pancake. They brought me regular Pancake, smearing the butter on it. The Pancake fell apart even onto the table, bits and pieces of it. And I have to keep pouring the syrup on it because it was too dry. It’s never again. And after a while, i’m i’m almost done with the pancakes.The lady brings me the blueberries.She goes, here’s your blueberries.I go I told the lady, forget it cuz.I was already eating the other one.I go now you bring it.And she said, well, you can take it with you.I go, i’m going to the laundromat.So when am I supposed to dI will never go back to IHOP. I didn’t even get filled up with that food and walking into the door I try pushing the door open. I had a hard time because they have the air on the inside. It’s the suction, and I finally had to push and my right knuckle. From the next to the pinky that area in the finger got bruised again after I just got it all cleared up cuz. I get bruises, and I wasn’t too happy about then I showed her. She goes, well. We’re going to look at the camera the video. It didn’t say anything to me. So I won’t ever go there again. I’ll go to Tom’s 26 and get the steak and egg burrito. It’s got hash Browns in it. And I think that was it, that it was good. Very good.

I love coming to IHOP! It’s always such an amazing experience for my family and me. The servers here are wonderful – I’ve been helped by Sofia, Jose, Naidelin, Maria, and many others, and they’re all so kind and attentive. My family and I enjoy coming throughout the year, especially on holidays. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Kristen, who always treats us so warmly whenever we visit.
You all should definitely come here as often as you can!

We had Maria as a server today,l and her service was exceptional. The food was good and the drinks weren’t water down. My only complaint is to bring back the smoke house hot links. Again, Maria our server was outstanding and she assisted with my concerns about the replacement of links and substituted for sausages instead.

Not sure what was going on with their kitchen today. Ordered, waited 45 minutes, nothing. It was a Sunday, so moderately busy but not wait 45 minutes for food busy. We eventually left. Felt bad for alm the servers, as it just wasnt our order. It was everyone’s. Worst experience there so far. I will say though, this isn’t the first time the kitchen failed. I have waited up to 30 even whe they are not that busy. Our server was extremely apologetic and I want to be clear, very polite, etc.

It was Christmas day 2025. We got a table quickly. The hostess/host got our coffee fast. It was a long drive. The person came and took our orders. Fast service but the pancakes were late to the table. Other than that …the server was great too.

Good lord they have gotten expensive. $4.59 for coffee is ridiculous. The food was good and the waitress was attentive and friendly. It was not very busy on a Saturday morning. They had an annoying speaker that was making weird noises so we had to move tables. It was clean inside.
