So I ordered delivery. The RESTAURANT FORGOT FO PUT MY RICE with my order. I called the restaurant and they tried to blame the Beyond Menu delivery service BUT the restaurant packed up my FOOD WITHOUT THE RICE!!! So they said I had to call BEYOND MENU customer service to get the rice THEY FORGOT to put in my order instead of sending someone to bring it because it was THEIR MISTAKE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! I’m pissed!!!

I just got Dragon Palace Postmated and I wasn’t too pleased. It wasn’t too bad, I must say. The entree I ordered had quality shrimp. I ordered the shrimp and broccoli. The broccoli was nice and crunchy and the shrimp was cooked well. My only problem was I ordered fried rice and it was flavorless and seemed to me white rice cooked in soy sauce. I also order some crab angles. They were good but a little two sweet. It was more filling than crab. They were still pretty tasty. All in all I would rate this place a 3 out of 5.

Some friends and I ordered Uber Eats from here and everything came just right and was very tasty. We got twice fried pork, moo shoo chicken, Mongolian beef (mild was not spicy), dumplings, and egg drop soup (kinda bland). Also the dumplings have nice thin wrappers!! We did miss having spicy mustard though, they forgot to include.

I ordered 2 orders of shrimp lo mein and 1 order of sweet and sour chicken. The shrimp lo mein was nothing like I had before at other Chinese places, it was a little too salty and the noodles were mushy. The chicken tasted too oily to me and dry without the sauce. The service was fast though, just need improvement on the food quality..

I am visiting from out of the country. I had a horrible experience with this restaurant tonight when I ordered the dinner for one. After serving myself a sample of each thing I ordered I began to experience an allergic reaction: my mouth starting and my throat got scratchy. My cousin gave me Benadryl and I called the restaurant. Long story short: they had sent me eggs rolls with shrimp on them. I am allergic to shellfish! The restaurant blamed me for not asking if the egg rolls had shrimp! I have never heard of an egg roll having shrimp in it and the menu did not mention it. The manager was very condescending and basically blamed me for having the allergy! I told the hotel about it and they intervened. I leave town on Saturday so chances are I’ll never eat from them again so just give warning the rest of y’all. Be careful!

Honestly the worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life. The delivery man first gave us the wrong order then had to come back and give us the correct one. There was a BUG in the rice. My steamed dumplings came fried, both dishes we ordered were disgusting and the chicken on a stick was hard as a rock. Do NOT order from this place.

Did a DoorDash order of chicken fried rice. From the picture, you can see what I received. Also, I’m allergic to shellfish… the order got corrected and I received it an hour later but you have to be careful about things like this. Normally this is a good spot and I love eating here but this order was a mess.

I ordered from this place yesterday. Not only was the order incorrect but the food came late and was luke warm. When I called to let them know it was wrong she rudely began yelling over me as I was explaining what was wrong with the order. Instead of rectifying the order she responded with, “Well I didn’t charge you for it anyway”. My issue wasn’t the charge, it the order was wrong and one of us now didn’t have something to eat. Never again.

Food was ok, but took over an hour to arrive (restaurant is 11 minutes away) and my delivery person was SO, unbelievably rude.
I was visiting a friend’s apartment, so I ordered the food to her place. I accidentally switched the numbers around when typing her apartment number into the order form, so the delivery person called to confirm the apartment number. We told him the correct number, and that should have been the end of it. Instead, as soon as I opened the door, he pointed at the receipt and barked the incorrect apartment number at me. I didn’t understand what he meant at first, so I smiled and said, “That’s me.” He pointed at the receipt again, brought it closer to my face, and practically yelled the incorrect number at me again. Scolding me over a mistake. I understood this time, so I apologized, but by that time he was turning around and stomping away. Completely unacceptable way to treat customers.
Earlier, when I called the restaurant to confirm that my order was even coming, the woman working the phone asked me to hold and I could clearly hear her on the phone with another customer apologizing because the restaurant messed up their order too. Terrible service.

Ordered on Uber Eats and I wanted to make sure we got the right thing since descriptions are not posted on everything. I added a note to each dish and the restaurant thought we were requesting more dishes and changed our receipt to include more food that we do not need without attempting to communicate with us.
