Redeemed a free McChicken on my app and put it on curbside pickup. NO ONE came out after 30 minutes. I went inside and they said they didn’t get the order and that they wont’t make it because it’s too busy even though I made the order 30 minutes ago. I should not be waiting this long for a single spicy mcchicken. Rude attitudes at the pick up area as well.

Worker uses racist slurs if you can’t pronounce a name to their standards when picking up a delivery. Called someone a cracker, then made them wait extra long for their food. The man wasn’t even disrespectful, he was just trying to say the name over and over everytime she asked until she called him a cracker. 1/17/26, Saturday night. The one white lady was the one being disrespectful and rude to him

I the downtown Location on south street beside Shaw university has turned into a homeless person’s retreat. Checked google and the app. Said they were open. Got there. Lights on, drive through menus up. But doors locked and not a soul in sight. Myself and other people standing and waiting trying to see if someone is maybe just in the back. Waited almost 30 mins. Nothing. Lunch break wasted, money lost.

Clean place with good bathrooms sometimes you have to order through the screens because there isnt anyone st the chasier most of the times but i dont mind. You can still pay cash or card and the wait is less then 5 minutes.

No-one was at the counter to take orders. Therefore, I Went through the process of skipping the line and ordering with the self-order kiosk. I entered the table number for a sit down service and Numerous tables are dirty. I was required to pick up my meal at the delivery take out and mobile order line. Definitely appears to be the normal decline in fast food dining in service and Cutting back on customer service. Ordered the bacon and hot cakes. Bacon was cooked medium rare and Hot cake was eatable. While I was eating floors swipe and numerous tables wiped down. Restroom closed for cleaning. All though the cleaning process was in place the atmosphere was not very pleasant with the music and there was what appeared to be homeless people smoking cigarettes at one entrance during my visit. Not sure what the music is in the lobby; but it was not very pleasant. Parking is an issue with the drive through appearing to be the main focus for service.

Nothing…I’m traveling out of town, had ordered 2 orders of hash brown instead got egg and cheese mc muffin. Went back for a 11pm eats, ordered double fish no tater with fries and sweet tea….got a single fish instead…my mistake, I should have checked my order before I left the drive thru….thank you that I was just visiting….

First off, another review was correct.
They don’t open based on the sign. It’s when they feel like it
I did call their DM, she was aware of the issue and seem to side with manager.
I, didn’t get to order anything.
So I guess making money is not something they want to do.
Also, I noticed that he manager would help anyone that is Hispanic first and anyone else doesn’t matter.
Don’t go there.
Unless you want to be missed treated.
