Came for my daughter’s 16th birthday dinner, had to try the new menu items & of course our go to appetizer. The burger, so much cheese and was very good! The Chicken Parmesan Alfredo, a little dry. The noodle/sauce ratio is a little off but was a great deal (2/$35) for the amount of food! Get an extra of both sauces, but they charge $1 something each.

I’ve had mostly very good eexperiences here. My waitress has always been courteous and helpful. The manager has checked in with me the last few times I have eaten here. Food is usually very tasty and portions are decent sized. I had a issue with my Birthday coupon and the manager took care of it. You will probably spend twenty dollars or more per person here for a meal, regular drink, and tip. Thirty or more if you get extras like alcoholic beverage or desserts. There dessert is excellent though.

We took my brother to eat for his birthday. It was a wonderful experience the server was amazing, best server ever. Her name if I remember correctly Sara. Food was delicious and service was excellent. The manager Salvador even told my brother happy birthday witch we were surprised because we did not told anyone. It seems that he was paying attention on everything that was happening in the restaurant thanks to him and Sara for the great experience.

I ordered shrimp and steak Parmesan with mashed potatoes and broccoli, started to eat it. Everything was cold. Asked for them to reheat it. They brought it out in a very quick manner and the only thing that I understand that they done was put it on a different plate because the temperature was the same, with that being said, as I told their manager that was my last meal there. I apologize, I’m a person that would rather wait a few minutes to let my food cool down than to have to continually ask to reheat it. Very sad that restaurants are doing this crap now

My friend and I visited Applebee’s because we wanted something cold to drink and it just happened to be Happy Hour when we arrived so we ordered non alcoholic drinks and appetizers the buffalo wings were tasty and the spinach artichoke dip was delicious but our drinks were mediocre. I ordered a virgin strawberry daiquiri since they didn’t have peach and the server brought me a mango daiquiri not once but three different times. It was as if she wasn’t paying attention.

Food is awful I got it to go they dont take care with takeout. It was the worst chicken parm ever. Chicken parm isnt hard. Get it together in the kitchen . Take care in takeout orders. Especially since we spent money at your bar and got appetizers. It was a waste of money. The drinks were light at best. Waste of $80.00

We met a family member here for lunch between Christmas and New Years while traveling through the area. The food was as one would expect at an Applebee’s, two of us had the grilled cheese cheeseburger which was pretty good, the kids had chicken tenders and the salmon and the wife had the chicken alfredo. They have a kids menu, but both our 10 year olds ate off the adult menu. I would say the standout part of our dining experience was our server, Mindy. She was very accomodating, had a mind like a steel trap, and did a great job recommending things. Keep up the good work! One thing to point out, and this has nothing to do with Applebees…finding the entrance with our GPS was a challenge. Not being familiar with the area we ended up having to do a loop to find entrance, which is NOT off 322. Turn onto Spring Garden St (its a lighted intersection), then left onto E Hill St (next street up from the light, then left into the parking lot. Our GPS did not know any of those steps, so it could be frustrating if your navigation skills are not the best. Simply put follow the signage for the Hampton Inn & Suites which is right there as well.

Applebee’s offers good food, and the service can be outstanding, but recently, it’s been hit or miss. On one visit, the food is cooked to perfection, and the service is excellent. On another, the food is lukewarm at best, and it takes 40 minutes just to get a drink. I frequent this location because it’s within walking distance, making it convenient. The drinks have always been good, regardless of the service quality.
The worst experience I had involved was waiting 50 minutes for my food, while every other table had dirty dishes that were not cleared the entire time. On a more average visit, my waitress was fantastic. She was upfront, explaining that they were short-staffed and the food would be slow, and she was doing her best, which I appreciated. Her honesty and effort made the situation understandable as she juggled serving 12 tables and helping with the food.
At its best, the food is perfectly cooked and served at a good temperature, the restaurant is clean, and the service is top-notch.
