I arrived at Wendy’s around 9:30 PM with my family to place an order. Right away, it was clear the staff seemed upset or overwhelmed no one came to the counter for a while, and it didn’t feel welcoming at all. The lobby was still open and full of customers, but it felt like the employees were frustrated that they still had to serve people.

We finally placed our order around 9:53 PM, but didn’t receive our food until about 10:10 PM. Then, as soon as the food was handed out, the employees started telling everyone that the lobby was closed and that we all had to leave immediately.

The manager became very rude, raising their voice and yelling at customers, even at families with small children who were just trying to eat. It was shocking and disappointing, especially on Halloween night, when you’d expect a busier evening. Instead of treating customers with respect, they kicked everyone out even people who had just gotten their food.

If the lobby was supposed to close earlier, it should have been locked or closed off before accepting new dine-in orders. People shouldn’t be told to leave after waiting nearly 20 minutes for their food. I even saw multiple families forced to take their meals outside to eat in their cars a really sad experience that doesn’t reflect well on the Wendy’s brand.

This location needs better management and training on customer service and closing procedures. I hope Wendy’s looks into this no one should be treated this way after waiting patiently and paying for their food.

I was waiting in line in the drive-Thru the truck was there, the line was moving slow i repeated my order twice. I ordered 2 biggie bags. One was a Chicken Sandwich, no sauce and the other one was a double stack medium drink. When I dropped off my daughter at her mother’s place before I went home. She calls me and says, daddy. I’m confused I thought this was your sandwich. I looked in my bag. I had the same sandwich she had. She was so excited to eat her Chicken Sandwich, but she didn’t get what she wanted. My heart dropped. I was upset. How can we fix this?

Will not go here again. I asked for no sauce on my wrap because I can’t eat ranch. They decided I needed to pay extra if I wanted any other sauces. It’s already expensive, now I’m being charged more because I have a health condition. I’ll take my business to a place that still has customer service.

I ordered twice from this Wendy’s through uber eats and they messed it up BOTH times. The first time I ordered I was missing half my order and I mean half. My entire order for my toddler was missing my Diet Coke was an orange drink of some kind and my cheeseburger was a spicy chicken sandwich. Not only am I allergic to pepper but I didn’t order chicken which means someone got my sandwich then the person I spoke to on the phone, Pablo, had the audacity to blame it on the drivers taking the food that THEY pack in their establishment to the home unopened. He even promised that he would put some fries in the second order because the first order was so wrong and by the time I got the second order the fries would be cold. You know what I don’t find? Fries?! He says “you didn’t order fries, just the nuggets and apples” yes that YOU FORGOT TO PACK IN THE FIRST PLACE. Then says “well what do you want me to do for you?” I want you to hold yourself accountable. I’ve worked in the fast food industry and understand that sometimes you get busy and things happen but y’all aren’t paying attention. Thank god I’m not deathly allergic to pepper and it’s just a mild allergy otherwise I could’ve sued the hell out of y’all. Trash.

Went to see a house about 15mins from here. Stopped to get kids a bite to eat. Nuggets were as hard as the table. JBC were pink ( don’t know why). Server put the fries in the bag and waited for the burgers about 10mins.Got to the table fries were half full and cold.

This is probably one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to in a while. The food isn’t great, the service is terrible. They ignore you when you walk in and do not greet you. They are very unprofessional and dismissive of their patrons. If you can just drive down the road and go to McDonald’s instead.

This Wendy’s is the worst Wendy’s I’ve visited in kissimmee.
At around 9:30 after work I went to Wendy’s to order my food and drive home. I ordered 3 large chilis, chicken sandwich, baked potatoes and French fries.
First I go through the drive thru and my app was acting up and the manager (ROBERTO) was very impatient with me and yelled out that I can call him over when I was ready. Which took me 2 seconds after he said that. Didn’t acknowledge me didn’t repeat my order just yelled out the total which was 45$. I found it very rude since I knew he was a manager by the way he dressed. I asked for a receipt and he said they don’t give them out. Found it odd..
fast forward to when I get home.. the baked potatoes were HARD, the chili was watered down! They added water to the chili to make it last longer. the French fries were stale and the chicken sandwich was very nasty and cold. I decided to drive back to Wendy’s after eating a couple things because honestly it was just too gross.
When I got to the Wendy’s a young girl asked what the issue was I told her and she called the manager which was Roberto again. He showed up at the window and again didn’t acknowledge me didn’t apologize for the food being disgusting, which is technically their fault. And opened every item I brought back in front of me to make sure it wasn’t eaten. Which I also found very odd. Any other place would actually apologize and not need proof of what was said. I fought to get half my money back and once he gave it to me I told him his customer service was really bad and he responded “You should thank God I’m even giving you money back” I said “you had to, I brought back the food you know I was here earlier, and I made my way back to let you know the food wasn’t up to standards” he started saying I took 3 hours to come back to the Wendy’s to return the food. Like if it really mattered how long I took. My food should’ve been fresh and up to standards , I shouldn’t have to drive back period.
He said “report me I don’t care”
Great job Wendy’s ! Hiring pretty much anyone to run such a busy location with tourists. providing bad food, bad customer service and terrible terrible management.
Roberto should be looked at if that’s how he talks to all his customers.
