I came right when they opened. I absolutely loved everything i ate and the service O received. Highly recommend this place. I even told my mother I would bring her here. I ordered the mozzarella sticks, calamari, and bread with cottage cheese and tomatoes for my appetizer. The blackberry sangria wine and the Parmesan eggplant with fettuccine alfredo. When I say that this is a great place, it really is! Ended up paying $55 for everything. Well priced for service and food flavors

Our entire meal from start to finish was superb! The warm bread and dipping oil, excellent salads, appetizers and entrees were all expertly prepared and served quickly. It had been years since my sister and I had the opportunity to go to Carrabba’s. I was pleasantly surprised how everything was as great as I had remembered!! Our server was excellent and very professional! He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything had such a very good flavor. I will make sure I look for him the next time I get an opportunity to eat there again because of his great service.

I would rate service 10000 starts. They are super attentive, polite, friendly and helpful. Food is great every single time we come here. Was so tasty I almost forgot to take picture of my lovely lunch. I also had Caesar salad and that fresh baked bread soft steamy with olive oil and spices just amazing.

We were promptly seated, and very quickly got drinks and their hot delicious bread with oil and herbs. We all found meals to suit our tastes and needs. As a vegetarian, but also can alter dishes as I choose. Our meals were fantastic, The Johnny is my husband’s favorite with marsala Steak, Chicken Bryan, and Chicken stuffed ravioli. Our drinks were refilled promptly my daughter got her kids meal and a drink with a lid. We enjoyed our meal, and the price was what you expect nowadays. Good value for the money. Took advantage of their $10 take home entree. Highly recommend, will come again.

We had a great experience last night at Carrabba’s on San Jose Blvd, Jackonville, FL. We were seated by a delightful hostess and, soon after, Maria began to serve our table. Maria told us about the $10 take home meal that we could purchase (equal to or less than our evening choices for entrees) and we took advantage of that deal. All of the food was prompt and delicious. I commented that the kitchen must be incredibly busy if they were cooking everyone’s evening entrees and also what had to be a good number of take home meals for such a good deal of $10. And yet the food was prompt and delicious. Maria was a delightful and attentive server. This Carrabba’s location has always been top notch and we will be happy to continue returning.

We had a great experience. The food was hot. This i can say if it’s not right they will make it right. Happy hour drinks were good. We had the best server Anna. She was Johnny on the spot with the utmost respect and friendliness. Service with a smile. This is a good family restaurant. Alexus H is the person to speak with if things are not right. I plan to return .

I recently ordered delivery (direct from their website, the coupons are 10/10) and apparently they were having issues with orders not being assigned in their delivery system. I received a call from the curbside manager, who was extremely apologetic and offered me the option to come get my order (freshly remade) in addition to receiving a full refund. It was no problem, and when I got to the location Emily met me with my order immediately. She was so kind and again, very apologetic for the inconvenience and delay. They had included several free items in my order as well. The food was hot and delicious as always!
Life happens including mistakes, technology is flawed, and it’s not a big deal. I hope people didn’t give them too horrible of a time because you could tell they were -stressed-. The staff here is fantastic, and always responsive. I will be ordering again.

Naomi was our server for my husband’s birthday dinner out date together. She was so nice and fun. She was helpful and sold us on that $10 meal deal where you take delicious food home- a whole meal- for only $10 if it’s equal or less than your meal in but not steak. It was so good the next day too! There was no wait to get sat. All the food came quickly. We just had a great time all around!
