Was my first time trying Raising Cane’s. Had an appointment down in Charleston and was told I should try it out. I liked the chicken and the Cane sauce has this peppery taste which is pretty good.

My wife and I ate dinner at Raising Cane’s Chicken Finger’s we both got three fingers and fries . It was delicious! Best chicken fingers ever! The man at the checkout counter was so helpful and friendly! If you’re in Mount Pleasant SC you owe it to yourself and those you love to stop in and give them a try !
Thanks Wayne

First time at Cane’s and I can honestly say it lived up to the hype. This location has indoor and a small amount of outdoor seating. Plenty of parking and a drive through. Very clean inside with a friendly staff. Pickup area located to the right of the register. Chuck Norris approved. You are able to refill your own drinks. It’s a very limited menu, but who doesn’t like tendies? Especially when they are seasoned so deliciously. Really great tenders and even more surprising was how good the garlic bread was. Would definitely stop at Cane’s in the future.

Really good chicken tenders served with Texas toast and fries with their ‘secret sauce.’ The tenders are lightly breaded and moist. Better than other chicken fast food offerings. It was like Dave’s Hot Chicken without the spice.

Love Raising Cane’s. Have been a loyal follower ever since I discovered them. Food is excellent; however, there could be a few improvements. The size of the chicken fingers, look like chicken on crack. Very small, would describe as tiny. Very few fries and a little piece of toast. For 2 people at nearly $40, I would expect better. Also it was nearly 3pm and there were 4 people talking behind the counter and the tables were filthy. I asked for maybe something could be done about cleaning a table for us to sit at and I was given a wet wipe and told to clean my own table. For the $ spent I expected better. Might not return. Hell for that $ I can go to a sit down restaurant and have service. JS

First time ever having Raising Cane’s and Its Awesome. Chicken was nice and tender and the fries were perfect. My only complaint is the drive thru speaker. My husband and I could hardly hear what the young man was saying. The volume needs to be turned up.

I got what I always get – a four finger combo. what I like about Kansas that their food always comes out, hot and fresh from my experience
I usually always go to drive-through. I went in today for the first time ever. This is a really nice location. Very roomy. Nice and clean. Very nostalgic looking. Lots of sitting areas. Kid friendly good for groups.
Was greeted when I walked in. The cash was very courteous, and the service was fast.

My review does not reflect on Raisin Canes as a whole, but on, who I can only assume is the manager of the Mount Pleasant South Carolina location, Paula. I was in the drive thru lane and a VERY polite young man took my order, I believe his name was Maurice but I could be totally wrong. While I was ordering, the vehicles ahead of me moved forward and I remained stationary. This is when Paula came out of the building, and began SHOUTING at the drive-through attendant to walk me forward, even though she was doing NOTHING to help move the line. He walked me forward and still she continued to belittle him after he graciously complied with her aggressive demands. In no world, would it make sense to treat another human like this, AS IF you are better than them because you’re the shift manager at a Canes, OKAY PAULA HERES YOUR GOLD STAR, now how about you make something of your self. I had just finished church, I was feeling righteous, and I was ready to enjoy some chicken, instead my day was ruined because of her actions alone, I genuinely wanted to leave the store because of this behavior, and I would have, had I not already been stuck in the drive thru line. A manager at the end of the day is meant to lead people, not order them around. I am very disappointed in Paula‘s attitude and immature behavior on Sunday, December 21, 2025. I was born and raised in Mount Pleasant and I’ve been eating at this Canes since it opened, I have never seen anything like this before. Should have gone to Chick-fil-A where it seems the management actually cares about the employees. Paula is an entitled yankee and her attitude is not welcome here. I will not rest until she is fired from this location.

My kids would disown me if I gave Cane’s anything less than a five period. They absolutely rave over this place and we have been to several locations.
The food has always been good, the staff friendly. It’s packed pretty much every time we go in there, but that’s true for every location. The one and only negative would be the parking lot can be quite cramped And never take the places that would have you pinned in by the drive-thru
