We went in the middle of a week for happy hour. I had the mojito and bourbon street chicken. My chicken was cooked perfectly and seasoned as well as the mashed potatoes. We had the fried pickles with tajin. I was pleasantly surprised by those. I wish the drinks were stronger but can’t ask for much at an apple bees happy hour

After having to step over rice all over the floor from the last people, the wervice was absolutely awful! Didn’t have silverware or napkins even after asking. We got our drinks which she had spilled walking to us from the bar area so they were messy. The shakes were sloppy and had no whipped cream or cherry. The bay breeze was watered down. Waitress was nowhere to be seen for the next 20 minutes. And when she finally did emerge she was hanging out chatting with other staff. One of which just had gotten a complaint about her from another table who didn’t get a refill for those same 20 minutes. I got my own silverware and after waiting for another 20 minutes with no food, we just left. I’ve been to this location before and it has never been this awful. They need new management and new staff. Whatever they are doing will make this location go down hill fast.

Kharmein, was my waitress. I think she has some of the best service, And a grande attitude that I have not yet to experience in a very long time!!! I think she was very awesome, she was so awesome that I left her a $15 tip. Please guys when you go in and ask for her, And make sure you bring your wallet because she earned every tip that she received!!! And she’s trying to put herself through medical school! Kudos to Kharmein!!!

We enjoyed Valentines Day Dinner they had aVDay Special Menu. Simply delicious terrific meal. Service was great, great suggestion Server knew details & preparation of the dishes and served us nicely with dishes fresh and hot. Greatly recommend this location on Special Dates. Simply awesome!

Food was solid per usual.
But I brought a group of pre-teens a while back, and unfortunately they shared their uncomfortability with me witnessing and hearing very inappropriate things in the professional environment. Touching between coworkers in a way that should only happen in a bedroom, vulgar language and an overall poor experience of quality.
On the bright side though, our party was helped by a couple of waitresses. One with pink hair, I don’t recall a name, and a younger male with dark brown/black hair. I wish the standard here was held better as I know it’s not hopeless. You guys have quality servers, unfortunately as the president of my organization it looks to me that the management does a poor job enforcing a professional environment. Maybe one day we’ll return, but for anybody looking for a good environment to bring anybody under the age of 21 – don’t.

Went to Applebee’s for the first time in a while and was not disappointed! We had Kharmein Miller as our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful! Our food was delicious as well! Great experience

My children, 11 and 7 and myself stopped in for dinner. My husband was in the hospital. The kids and I needed real food.
The place was decorated for Christmas already. Super cute.
Literally no wait for a table. The hostess asked if we wanted a booth or a table. Which was nice, not a normal question I’ve been asked before.
Our server, Kharmein, was an absolute delight. I will come back just for her.!!! I even told her that.
She was great with my kids and made me feel better after the horrible day I’ve had. She was very tentative, patient and compassionate!!
