Every morning, I go to this location for my morning coffee & the service is beyond amazing & comfortable. Rita in particular is very hospitable & always takes her time being patient & attentive, both towards regulars like myself & travelers stopping by. My kids and I were traveling early and came in last night about 4am. We were seated and the mane I think names Kia told us it would be a while! We sat there over a hours. There was only a few tables already eating! He was just gossiping and talking with homeless people! He never served us or even brought us water! I had children with me!
We travel year round and always stop at Dennys and I have watched one lady take care of 15 different tables with a smile on her face and not missing a beat at dozens of Dennys across America!
Finally we got up and left and he passive aggressively told us so sorry for it being so busy! It was not busy! He was moving slower that the sloth at the dmv in that movie zootopia! He was just busy hanging out with who ever would talk to him! I told him he was not sorry and I assumed that he hopped that if he waited long enough we will leave! My children felt like was because of their race but I felt more like he was just very lazy!
It was my daughter’s birthday morning and we were traveling she just wanted birthday pancakes ! She was in tears that we sat so long with no service! I wanted to upload a photo of us flipping him off but also didn’t want my reviews to get banned!

Too pricey for how the food you get makes you feel. There is quanity, though. Food is alright I guess, normal for a Dennys (salty pepperyish oily not much else. We went there late at night as it’s one of the only places open.
I got a 2 egg omlette w sausage tomato onions from the budget menu and it was about $9. Came with hashbrowns and buttered toast. The omlette was well cooked to a good firmness.
The server was very personable and kind. Best wishes and kind regards to him. Food came out a little slow.

I had two servers who helped me after I forgot to pick up an order they were friendly and quick with service one that stood out was “Rita” . Always my go to for late night food or a quick breakfast meal . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The main issue was the service. After taking my order, the server never checked back — no water refill, and I was hoping to get my tea to-go but didn’t get the chance to mention it. I waited for a while to bring up the hash browns, but eventually gave up and paid at the front. No one asked how everything was.
Overall, I can understand the low ratings. The food had potential, but the service really affected the experience.

T-bone steak was extremely small, thin sliced The garlic bread I think was made out of hotdog buns toasted with some type of seasoning that taste it somewhat of garlic did not eat it. The portions of broccoli was extremely small. I’m talking about smaller than kid size the place smelled like recycled cans not a place I would ever go to again never ever ever.

1st of All I couldnt even order we were turned away because there is only 2 staff the cook an the server an they both went on break at the same time. Told us to come back in 30min He said the owner want rating to go up before they hire more staff, that may never happen Im calling the health department 1st thing Monday morning. Just ridiculous! ♀️ ♀️Never again will they get my money.
