Had dinner with my brother and had a great experience. I ordered the grilled chicken salad with avocado ranch—so good and fresh. My brother had the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and Chick-fil-A sauce. Everything tasted great. The staff checked on us several times and was very friendly. We’ll definitely be back.

Tell me if I’m wrong. Went thru the drive thru. Waited behind an SUV with several people inside. The “team member” hands the people an order. I can see them digging through the bag and apparently it was not their order. They hand it back and are given another bag. I drive up and the team member hands me the same bag. I ask if she had just served this to the people in front of me and she states “YES”. I tell her I cant take the order as I saw them go thru the bag and requested a new order. She sat the drink down and takes the order back to another team member. She sits the bag down on the counter and does nothing with it as I watch. The first team member returns and hands my original drink back. then retrieves my order and once again serves me the same “contaminated order”. I have been watching the entire time. I ask her if this is the same food? She states “no”. I tell her it is as I’ve been watching and the other team member just handed the same bag back. She walks over to confirm. Returns and states “yes”, its the same food. I stated “are you kidding me”. you want me to take food another customer handled and contaminated? I go inside and share my experience with the Manager. I am refunded my money and am told my complaint will just come back to her. I did get her to UNDERSTAND the issue of another customer handling food that is being served to another customer AND being told otherwise by the “team members”. She did admit it was not policy to re-serve food handled by another customer. It will very hard to return to Chick-fil-A. Based on their behaviors and attitude I’m sure my order will be reserved once more to another unsuspecting customer. Lets hope the fine folks in the other care don’t have any germs or diseases. Sad.

Spot on service, like wow. With the drive-through packed to the gills, we dined in-store. I don’t know how this team accomplishes such fast, friendly, and accurate food service. I’m also watching the drive through consistently moving! This location must consider customer service and satisfaction their mission and delight. Of course, the company website says it’s Corporate Purpose is “To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.” Go ahead, enjoy that chicken sandwich! Long live “Eat Mor Chikin”.

Several chikfilas on my route to work I choose this one because of Victoria. I always see her working at the breakfast drive thru, she is a hard worker that’s polite friendly and positive who goes the extra mile to make my morning better, something I’ve never seen at than any other chikfila. She deserves a promotion for her incredible effort dedication and kindhearted spirit. I hope chikfila can recognize her the way I do. Thank you Victoria for making my mornings easy!

First time at this location. The parking and setup is AWFUL! This was a terrible location for such a busy company. They knew that and still decided to build here. If you want to dine in, park far away and walk in or fight the drive thru traffic to squeeze into a spot.
Food and service was great as alway. I did finally try a salad(try to do better). Why is a salad $10 with no drink?? Seems overpriced.
Order: Spicy Southwest salad with creamy salsa dressing.

My sister and I both got meals from Chick-fil-A, and to our shock, there was a cockroach in my chicken mini meal. I immediately called the store, but the call kept going to voicemail. Since we couldn’t reach anyone, my sister went back to the location in person to speak with a manager.
Around 10:25 AM on Thursday, August 8th, she spoke with the manager on duty — and unfortunately, the situation was handled very poorly. She explained what happened, not to blame anyone, but simply to make them aware. The manager was dismissive and brushed the issue off without offering an apology or showing any real concern. She had to ask for a refund herself, and was only given a partial refund.
I’ve worked in restaurants and customer service for years, so I completely understand that mistakes can happen. But this was a serious food safety issue, and the way it was handled was unacceptable — especially coming from a brand like Chick-fil-A, which is known for its customer service.
Please double-check your food before eating. I truly hope this store takes the matter seriously and addresses both the food safety concern and the way it was handled by management.

I would’ve given a five star but I was in close to 8 on Saturday night and the floors were filthy. Granted; they probably had been busy; but these floors looked as if they had NOT been really cleaned well in a month of Sundays.
Also my salad had no dressings and I ordered 2.
I was from out of town so I couldn’t go back and get order fixed, when I realized no dressings to be had. Anywhere.
I was highly disappointed in this chick filet. It’s not normal.
