For starters, the food is delicious. Definitely some of the best ive had, Wish i could say the same about the service we received. Me and my party felt as if we were being heavily neglected by our server. we were a party of 6, 5 adults and a kid. we palced our appetizer order and once we received said food we had asked for utensils and plates but we didn’t receive any, we proceeded to wait over 5 minutes before anyone came by we asked for utensils and plates once more but we never received them. My dad had to get up and ask someone else for them. once we placed our main order we never once saw our waiter. He never came to check on us, if we needed anything regarding refils, or if we wanted to order more food! we felt as if they disregarded us since graduity is included on parties of 6 or more. once it came time for the check we were still just waiting around while workers were gathered around chitchatting but once again no one came over to check on us. Again my Dad had to get up and thats when they noticed and came over to ask if we needed anyrhing and we proceeded to pay which is when i noticed that gradutity was already included! which by all means is a common thing in many restaurants but the main difference is that most server tend to check on the tables assigned to them. it wasnt a busy time when we went (7:30) so i couldnt blame it on that which led me and my party to lead to this conclusion. once again the food was amazing it it just lacked on the service aspect of things.

So you don’t wanna come here for the food the poached fish or tofu was delicious. Note that it has that element where it makes your tongue a little bit tingly lots of spicy items on the menu. The salt pepper calamari was delicious. Been here twice. Highly recommend the half duck was very tasty.
The services average where they take your order bring out the food Casey check on the water. I needed to go get chili oil because I didn’t bring it and didn’t check in however I feel like there’s only one waiter serving about five or six tables on a Saturday afternoon
The location is definitely weathered. You’ll see the notice of the picture that uploaded the bathroom that has like a faded paint job due to over pushing in the middle. Some of the furniture is dated.
So it’s five star for the food service is average for a three star and atmospheres two star below average in my opinion.
Note my rating system:
1 Star: I wouldn’t recommend
2 Stars: Didn’t hit my standards
3 Stars: Average (nothing special)
4 Stars: Above Average. Would recommend. Still looking for the 5 Star.
5 Stars: Top of their game. Great food. Great service. Would recommend and plan on returning.

Wonderful food. The crispy chicken, spicy garlic edamame, and flaming beef was out of this world! Service was kind and fast. I will keep coming back for this food with sichuan flavors! The pic of the chicken was after 3 of us ate a TON of it.

I have seen the videos and pictures of people getting completely raw chicken sandwiches from various restaurants/fast food places and I always thought to myself, there is no way a restaurant would serve something completely raw. Undercooked? Sure, it happens. But completely raw? Well, that happened to us today from Duck N Bao. We were served a completely raw order of pork and shrimp shumai. Like a literal ball of completely raw pork. Icing on the cake too was that I’m pregnant. Thankfully I cut into it before actually eating it. I was mortified and disgusted and couldn’t eat really anything else that we had ordered. I don’t really know what else to say truthfully. Do better, this is insane. Serving completely raw food to your customers.

I recently dined at Duck and Bao, and it was a fantastic experience! Joseph was our waiter, and though he was new, his attentiveness and helpfulness really shone through — it was refreshing to see someone so eager to make our meal enjoyable.
We ordered the duck with crepes, which immediately took me back to the authentic flavors I experienced in Beijing on a work trip. Watching the soup dumplings being made fresh at the counter was a treat, and they were absolutely delicious. We also tried the traditional pepper steak and walnut shrimp, which ended up being my husband’s favorite. The shrimp were huge, and the portions were perfect.
The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, making it the ideal spot for a relaxing meal. So glad I stopped by — I’ll definitely be returning!

Overall really good and would definitely return to try other items. Staff is friendly and good came out hot and timely. Personal fav was the cucumber salad, soup pork wontons and the fried rice though we did also order the sichaun beef and Dan Dan noodles.

The string beans are delicious. I love the flavor and texture. The duck meat is a little gamey and the skin is not crispy. The portion is pretty good. The soup dumplings are full of soup but lack of flavor. They look very pretty. The spicy cold cut beef has good flavor and portion but the texture is a little too hard. Over all I think I still like this place. The service is excellent.

Excellent food! We ordered a lychee martini, pork soup dumplings, scallion pancake, Dan Dan noodles (no peanuts), spicy crispy chicken and pork belly with bun (not pictured). You could tell it was all fresh. I recommend all the dishes we tried! Went on a Sunday afternoon. Wasn’t too crowded but still plenty of people there.
