We were traveling thru Chattanooga and stopped in for dinner. Keith was our server and he was most awesome. He deserves a raise or a paid day off. He was very friendly and helpful – a great conversationalist – quick refills on fountain drinks, boxed up my extras, gave us tips for down the road. What a great guy

Our Server, Carlie, was as great as it gets. Terrific sense of humor and personality. The only thing she did wrong was giving the bill to my brother in law, instead of to me, but….well she did save me $200. Anyway, this is a restaurant with a unique and classy atmosphere, plus the menu is quite vegetarian friendly, which goes well with my wife, who is a vegetarian. Looking forward to our next visit. The lettuce wraps were outstanding. Oh, plus they are birthday-friendly, and actually lit a torch for my mother-in-law, whose birthday we were celebrating.

My husband and I took our Mom’s for an early dinner at PF Chang’s. We enjoyed delicious food, phenomenal service, and our time together. Charity went beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Our drinks were promptly refilled, our entrees exactly as we ordered, and to-go boxes correctly packed. Charity has a sweet personality and we enjoyed our conversation with her!

Have been to many PF Chang’s restaurants; first time at this location. Our to-go food had barely any rice in the adult meals and no rice in the kid’s meal. Photo was taken before eating any rice.

Jan 2026. The food was amazing, the service was on point. I go here once a year for my birthday. Sadly, I have to say that last year, (Jan 2025), I was disappointed with the food and the service, so much so that I wasn’t sure I would ever want to go back. I decided to give it one last shot this year, (Jan 2026), on my birthday, and I’m glad I did. This time it was how I remember it from several years ago; perfect. The P.F. Chang’s in Chattanooga, Tennessee, has fully redeemed itself. I love this place.

I came back with my mom because I had such a good experience last time… we had Anna as our server. She was GREAT! Her personality is bubbly, she’s aware of the menu, and was just over the top! I plan to keep P.F. gift cards in stock in my wallet from now on so I always have a reason to come in! Such good food and even better service 🙂

I recently dined at P.F. Chang’s and had a fantastic experience. The Shrimp Dumplings were a standout—light, flavorful, and perfectly steamed. The Egg Drop Soup, my personal favorite, was comforting and well-seasoned, with a silky texture that hit the spot. The Shrimp Dynamite Sushi was another highlight, with a deliciously spicy kick and fresh ingredients. I also enjoyed the Chang’s Spicy Chicken, which was flavorful and had just the right amount of heat. The service was excellent; our server was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall dining experience. I highly recommend this spot for anyone craving a satisfying and flavorful meal.
