Valentina was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, kept everything flowing perfectly, and made us feel completely taken care of the entire time. Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot-on, and she brought such a positive, welcoming energy to the table.
It’s rare to come across service that elevates the entire dining experience, but Valentina absolutely did that. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for her again!
We ordered the Full Churrasco experience ($64 per person), and it was absolutely worth it. The selection included different types of meat such as picanha, bone-in ribeye, fraldinha, lamb chops, roasted chicken, filet, and more. Everything was served continuously, fresh, and cooked perfectly.
What I really liked is that the salad bar is included with the meat — it’s great to have fresh vegetables along with such a rich meal. There was plenty of food, and everything tasted amazing.
The atmosphere is beautiful and perfect for celebrations or group gatherings. Considering the quality, variety, and portion sizes, the price feels very reasonable.
Overall, a great place for special occasions. Friendly staff, excellent service, and a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommended!
The passion fruit Caipirinha was delicious, along with the desserts. Lastly, the lamb chops were TO KILL FOR! 1000% recommend the full churrasco experience! My husband loved it, but I LOVED it!
I have to give a special thank you to Sebastian, Jennifer, and Pat. Each one of them made us feel taken care of in their own way. Sebastian was so friendly and attentive, Jennifer added such a warm, genuine touch to the evening, and Pat checked in just at the right times to make sure everything was perfect. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made the experience feel personal.
If you’re thinking about going, you definitely should. I’ll absolutely be back.
When we got there the service was great our waitress tried her best she was amazing. When we went to the salad bar I was shocked. Everything on that salad bar and I mean every plate was very dry as if the food has not been touched since they opened in the morning. Even the arugula was old and dry. We were charged full price even though so many meat items were not offered to us. In addition we were not offered any chicken at all I had to ask for that it took a minute and then when they brought it to the table it was so old and dry like it had been cooked the day before and reheated it didn’t have any kind of meat in it that was edible I would share the video on that. I made it clear to one of the waiters that this is not normal or acceptable she offered her aplogy and that was it. My birthday dinner was such a disappointment with the money that we paid for a family of five two adults three children over six we could have went to any upscale restaurant and had a great dinner instead. This is unacceptable and definitely not fair. It breaks my heart to put a review like this for such an amazing restaurant but we’ve never had that kind of experience at any Fogo de Chao location we had visited.
That said, my last visit took way too long for such a simple order, and I find it frustrating when I ask for less ice and end up with a half empty cocktail. We did purchase a $300 gift card and received a $75 bonus, which was a great deal.
Overall, I enjoy coming here just a reminder that the little things make a difference.
• Location for Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, etc residents
• Food
• Experience of a Brazilian steakhouse
• Service
Cons:
• Very Dark restrooms
• Salad bar is not all the way around, more cafeteria style straight line
• Dining room seating is more cramped than other locations
• Service level
• Some cuts of meat lack salt and flavor
• Temperature level of meats are inconsistent
I tried this location for the 1st time on a Saturday night and we had a good time. I hadn’t gone to a Brazilian steakhouse in a few years, and so I was satisfied, but this location just didn’t check off all of the boxes that made me love the experience. Reservations were for 6:30 which was great because it was not packed inside, but valet was the only parking option.
By the time we left bit after 8pm, there were any 20 people waiting in the front as the crowd had grown quite a bit.
Overall: In my opinion, this location is a level 3 Brazilian steakhouse experience. Chama Gaucha and some other locations just give you better service as far as never having an empty glass of water, pulling your chair out and pushing your chair in when you sit. You never sit long with an old plate or cutlery. The meat temperatures are exact and consistent, the floor layout works so much better for the staff to walk around and bring offerings and you’re not so cramped. And the salad bar is full walk- around. I would visit this location again, but only because it’s so much closer to me. But others will be in my mind and heart
