We had not been into a Chilli’s Restaurant in over a year. One of the reasons was because service was always below standard. However, we gave it a try on March 3, 2026 for dinner and our server a young black lady was absolutely over the top. She was very attentive, our food order was perfect, she was on top of the refills and after our food arrived she was making sure we were satisfied. (I see the receipt and it shows her name as Alanis)

We came in late celebrating a birthday and we all got the triple dipper.. they got everyone’s selections correct. The host gave us a face when I said we needed seats for 11. But the waitress was great she even played with the baby. The food was tasty and hot.

Filthy spoon. Forgot to bring our drink at all. Food quality very low. Fries overcooked. So little cheese in the quesedillas that the tortillas don’t stick together. When we asked the manager, she said the quesedilla on the salad was a 3 finger pinch. She wanted to be combative and say that the last time she came by here we said we were ok, but we had just gotten our food at that time and didn’t realize the quality issues. The place is run by kids. Need some experienced adults to manage the place.

The food tasted great. The burger beef was a bit too done, so a little dry, but otherwise tasted good.

This Chili’s Restaurant was great!! We had excellent service the night we went. We called ahead of time to see if they would be able to accommodate the big group we had since it was kinda late in the evening and they were able to do so. We had a group of 18 people and they were able to sit us together with no hesitation. The service here was awesome. I wish I had the servers name but it was not listed on the receipt. She did an excellent job!!! For such a big group she kept our drinks filled and kept asking if we were ok. Thanks!! The food also was great hot and fresh!! Thanks Chili’s again for taking care of us. I would highly recommend this Chili’s!!!!

My experience here was very mediocre. From the moment we sat down, things felt off. I had to clean my own seat because it was dirty, and the lighting was extremely bright, to the point where it strained my eyes.
The trio appetizer was actually good, and the mozzarella sticks were solid. The sliders and eggs rolls were decent as well. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The chips and salsa were disappointing the chips wasn’t fresh, and the salsa itself had no flavor. I also ordered the four-piece chicken tenders; the tenders were fine, but the sauce wasn’t good, and the mac and cheese was very watery.
My daughter ordered a kids meal with pizza, and corn. It was very basic and she did enjoy it
This was my first visit in over 10 years, and based on this experience, I will not be returning.

Chili’s at Silverlake Pearland – Mixed Experience
Visited this Chili’s location and had a pretty mixed experience. The service was super slow—it took ages for our order to arrive, and after waiting for about 30 minutes, our server finally let us know that they were out of beef. We decided to cancel that order, but to make up for it, the manager offered us a free dessert, which was a nice gesture.
Our server was sweet and friendly, which was a positive part of the visit. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired—the toilet was not clean, and the tap was broken.
As for the food:
Dip Trio – Fresh and tasted great. No complaints here.
Fajita Trio – Unfortunately, we had to cancel after a long wait because of the beef shortage.
Ultimate Smokehouse Combo – A hit-and-miss dish. The jalapeño cheddar sausages weren’t the best I’ve had, the ribs were soft and delicious, but the brisket quesadilla was a letdown—barely any brisket or cheese.
Overall, while some of the food was enjoyable, the slow service, unavailable menu items, and cleanliness issues made the experience disappointing. Not sure if I’d return anytime soon. Rating: 2.5/5.

I have been going to this Chilis on and off for 10 yrs. Today was the busiest I have ever seen and was the best experience I have ever had. Was sat almost immediately, food was fresh and delicious, no mistakes, and we were waited on even though every table was sat. Idk who the manager/owner is but they should be very proud of who they have running restaurant.

omg we went to chilis for valentine’s day and although the storm trapped us in for a bit my eyes were blessed by this young man that worked at this establishment yhat looks like the famous baseball player shohie othani and genuinely coming back omg!!!! we put him on our hear me out cake tonight because of how good this was guve this man a raise!!!! we will be back soon, hope to see him there let him know he made top 3 on our hear me out cake, congrats

We had a late dinner on a Tuesday. Our server, Elijah, was a delight. So well mannered and very efficient. We enjoyed our experience. Favorite thing we ate? The chips and salsa. Fresh, crisp chips and yummy salsa. The other foods were tasty as well. Good job guys!!
