Everybody at this location needs to be replaced. I’m not exaggerating when I say this is easily the worst fast-food service I’ve experienced in my life. The staff move with zero urgency, zero professionalism, and absolutely no sense that customers are waiting. It’s like nobody there actually cares about doing their job.

I watched employees standing around on their cell phones while food was being prepared, which is honestly disgusting and completely unprofessional. When you’re handling food, the last thing you should be doing is touching your phone and then going back to preparing someone’s meal.

The service is painfully slow, the attitudes are careless, and the entire place feels like there is no management or accountability whatsoever. It honestly makes you wonder how this location is still open. If this is the standard being allowed here, something is seriously wrong.

I’ve been to multiple Popeyes locations and unfortunately this seems to be a pattern — terrible service, long waits, and employees who act like they don’t want to be there. But this location somehow manages to be even worse.

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This place needs a complete reset from top to bottom because right now the customer experience is beyond unacceptable.

I was very disappointed with my order last night, the fries were not hot it seemed as if the fries were old, the rice was not cooked properly with the red beans. On arrival, I asked if the order was complete,…was told yes, but that was a lie. The bag was missing 2 apple pies, & a piece of chicken. The only correct item was the biscuits,&. to that, they didn’t give any honey. The bag was all tied up, which is why I asked if it were complete in the first place. 3 cars in drive-thru ,& 1 person in the lobby, it wasn’t busy when I arrived.

I took an elderly friend who used to live near a Popeye in Milwaukee but hasn’t been back in ten years. He was really excited but was shocked at how filthy the parking area was, bathroom was disgusting and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Didn’t have any condiments out, ran out of honey, fountain machine with no ice. The place was pathetic. This is the second time I had witnessed two different Popeyes being filthy. Management needs to step up and do their job !

Overall, great experience eating here. The food was hot and juicy, the new mango lemonade refreshing on a scorching day and even the biscuit wasn’t overly dry. The place was very clean and service was fast.

The staff was very very polite, shocked me for Popeyes but hey that’s not the issue here. I get that this is a very popular place to eat, but why are we rushing to get food out? My chicken was so undercooked! Me and my daughter were looking forward to this meal tonight. I live way too far to be driving back in the rain for food that should’ve been cooked right the first time. I literally feel sick, please make sure the cooks are cooking the food all the way.

Out of original tenders, out of honey, out of Diet Coke, out of shrimp. Had to pull ahead of the drive thru and wait, about 15 minutes finally got our bag. Forgot one of our sides and all of our sauces, went back inside to get these missing items which took another 15 minutes. Employees aren’t rude, but they aren’t nice either. It’s very apparent this location needs some oversight from corporate and perhaps some help with inventory.

I ordered the Fazbear Deluxe Box for pickup and did not receive the Cupcake Cup (which I’m assuming is the difference between the regular meal and deluxe meal cost) or the marinara sauce that was supposed to go with it.

They were also out of sweet tea, which honestly should’ve been made the night before, so it would be ready in the morning. There was one person in the drive- thru and one other person picking up an order inside, and it wasn’t even a lunch or dinner rush that would cause them to miss or overlook items.

I would’ve respected them more if they would’ve told me that they didn’t have the items or offered me a refund for the missing items, but instead they tied up the bag and handed it to me like it was all in there.

Each visit gets worse and worse, so I just need to find another location.

Very nice people but bad service. Usually out of items. When they have what you want, they won’t give you everything in the order. The stuff they do give you will take a long time to prepare. And they won’t offer to make it right. Again, good and kind people work there. But I’d rather order a slightly lesser chicken sandwich from a place where I will receive it and without too much trouble.

First let me say every time I come here it’s a long wait for no reason. Manager says she’s going to bring order to car . Sat in my car 45mins never came went inside to get it got my food cold as hell the order was wrong. Manager attitude is trash . Berating her employees in front of customers because she forgot to take open the main door for them. Worst Popeyes in the city . Actually shut it down or replace the whole staff with people who are competent.

Thanks to whomever the tall male manager for ensuring my order was corrected few days ago. I received burned over cook chicken in the drive thru. After the cooks changed the oil my chicken was much better. Cooks should never serve paying customers something they wouldn’t eat themselves.
