Everything was pretty good. We ordered on the kiosk, and chose to eat inside. They brought us our food very quickly, and it all seemed fresh. They said they would be back to bring us our holiday pies. Well, they forgot to bring us our pies. I had to have my husband go up and ask for them. That is the only reason I am giving 4 stars. Plus, they said they do not have a 40 piece chicken nugget option. Martinsville has a 40 piece for $13 and some change. We had to buy 2 20 piece deals that came with 2 fries each deal. 1 of those deals cost almost $10, so we had to pay $20 plus tax for both deals. That was just weird to me because Martinsville does not get near as much business, and is much smaller. The employees were very pleasant, and the food was great. So overall it was a good experience. Happy holidays!

Food was decent and consistent with McDonald’s standards. Service was okay, but not ideal late at night. Atmosphere is fine for a quick stop, though this location isn’t really set up for midnight runs. Good during the day, just plan ahead if coming late

I went through the drive thru lane 2. waited minutes before anyone said anything. watched 4 cars in lane 1 all go before i got my order taken. the younger girl at the window wasn’t friendly at all. I had a really bad experience at this McDonald’s recently. The woman working the drive-thru was extremely rude and unprofessional when I tried to clear up a simple misunderstanding about my order. Instead of helping me figure it out, she raised her voice at me and made me feel like I was doing something wrong. I understand mistakes happen, but there’s no reason to yell at customers. This is definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s drive-thru. I seriously can’t even believe how rude the staff is. I won’t be coming here again.

Ordered a mchicken no lettuce xtra mayo. instead got a mchicken with just barbecue sauce. not the first time i’ve had issues at this mceonalds. as well as going inside ONE time and the lady wasn’t even calling the order nunbers out. just setting the bags down. my food was cold by the time i realized my food was up there since she didn’t yell out any numbers. place needs ran better maybe new management or employees.

This is the third time in a row we had an issue. I placed a curbside pickup order, and after 15 minutes I went in and asked why the order was taking so long especially since the app stated it would take 2 to 5 minutes to deliver. After showing two sets of proof, app and email confirmation, of the order to the manager, he asked me why I was coming in to pick up the order. Seriously? I went in to determine the status of the order, and being asked why I came in. All I wanted was the order delivered because my family and I were hungry. A minute later the food was delivered,but not impressed. The buns, on all three burgers, were falling apart (cracked buns and falling apart after the first bite), and the bacon was limp and tired. I’m not sure what has changed here, but the service, food and atmosphere has changed for the worse. I don’t anticipate ever going back again. That’s sad because just a few months ago this was my go to McDonald’s in the area.
The last two times we have visited the service and food has been underwhelming to say the least. A week ago we visited, and multiple food items were messed up. The Spicy McCrispy sandwich came with pickles when the order clearly stated no pickles. When we opened the box of 6 pieces of Chicken McNuggets there weren’t any. Instead it was filled with Big Mac Sauce. Also, the McNugget sauce was not in the bag, Then when I went inside to get the sauce I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone offered to help. Then we went today, and more mistakes. We did a curbside pickup, and the bag clearly stated Curbside Pickup, but the employee was just about to give our order to someone in the drive-thru. I ordered a regular Quarter Pounder with Cheese with no extras. When I opened the container it had lettuce, tomato and Big Mac Sauce. I ate it, but did not enjoy it. If I went inside I was afraid I would be waiting forever to get assistance. Not happy at all with the service as of late.

Bought a value burger in the drive thru, it was cold. Took it back inside and they remade it. Still only slightly warmer. I done with McDonalds.
