They couldn’t even put an egg on the sausage and egg mcmuffin. You call and call and call and no answer. I couldn’t go back due to being at work. How do you forget to put an egg?

Stopped by for a quick drive thru meal. The line moved pretty fast, but the lady at the window seemed overwhelmed and unsure of what she was doing. Overall, the food was decent, although my snack wrap wasn’t really wrapped properly and almost fell apart.

Usually not this bad when I have gone previously, food was rough with one slice of bacon and these small cheese slices, no mustard. Was not going to wait another 10 min for a re-make. Maybe look to the next one on your trip.

Absolutely abhorrent. We have a long trip and saw they had a play place so we decide to stop to let our toddler stretch his legs while having a snack. First they mess up his meal, second it looks like the play place hasn’t been cleaned in days. I had to make sure the baby didn’t eat anything off the floor cause he is at that age. Absolutely unacceptable. Whole staff needs to be fired and replaced with competent people who at the very least care that people’s kids play in the play place.

Did not get entire order. Went back for sandwich. Looked at me like I was stealing food from them – told the boy “do you think I would come back if I did get everything?” Finally gave me the sandwich. Fries were not even half cooked. Chicken strips were good but the last one was cold since I had to go back for the other sandwich.
They didn’t even offer an apple pie or other fries with the missing sandwich. Not very customer oriented.

I’ve been calling and no answer. The phones offline. Once AGAIN they’ve messed up on my order!!! How do you FORGET part of the MEAL. Literally None of the biscuits were put in the bag! This happens so often too!! I’d like a refund , even a partial but they won’t answer the line! Completely gone downhill

I started doing the mobile app orders a couple of months ago just to make sure my order is right but nevermind ! How hard is it to make 2 two double cheeseburgers, only ketchup ? I mean come on ! I ordered them for my granddaughter and myself also a large fry and two pies. Not a hard order to make. Neither one of us like onions ! We get home and before I even opened the bag I smelled a strong odor of onions. I then open the wrapper of double cheeseburgers and there were so many onions on the damn cheeseburgers that they were falling in the floor. They even put onions in between the patties. You don’t do that that’s not how you make the hamburger. It just seemed like to me that someone did that on purpose. As usual when I called up there, the phone just rang and then it went to busy user. I guess the McDonald’s no longer answers the phone because they know that customers are gonna be calling and complaining !
