This place is like a bunch of guys who have just bought the best meat in the world gathered around the BBQ with a secret recipe and do everything in their power the serve the perfect burger. You will not be disappointed. I had the entrecôte burger with cheese, and yes, it was expensive, but this is not some middle of the road meat thrown onto a bun with some garnish. You really get the burger sent from above.
Upon entering, I was kindly asked if they could take my coat. They showed me to a seat. Service was good and the atmosphere was exactly what I expected from a place that has MEAT in its name. Though I do not think that the word factory does this place justice.
I walked in around lunch time, but I have a feeling this place is packed come dinner time. The food, I am sure, tasted just as good in the afternoon when it is quiet as in the crowded eves. So, maybe have a quiet lunch here.
By the by, the music totally matched my feeling of a bunch of guys around a BBQ. Having a beer, talking, and every now and then break out in singing.

Came in here due to the reviews reading about the meat, specifically the chateaubriand for two. We ordered the steak and I regret to say i was a bit disappointed. I don’t see what the big fuss is about this steak. We ordered it cooked medium well but it was probably cooked more “medium” than to it liking, as shown in the photos.
The service was a bit slow even though we arrived right at 5 pm when they opened with not many customers inside. I don’t think we would return,unfortunately.
Also, I think it is a bit pricey for what you get.

What a fantastic place to eat. The food was supremely delicious and some of the service was a little bit slow at times, but maybe we were there too late when some staff had gone home. The thing is, we have the most wonderful young lady serving us at the beginning and it was her first day and you wouldn’t be able to tell. We had some great steaks and a burger as well, which were super cooked and so tasty. After our meal while we were having desert, I had a nice chat with a couple of the guys there and The 80s playlist was off the charts, Making for an even better atmosphere. I can’t recommend this place enough, but you might have to wait a little while at times, but it’s worth it

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has a great vibe and a nice location. I tried the Black Angus ribeye — it was really tasty and perfectly tender. Definitely a place I’d recommdes.

The food was awesome. I had the horse steak and it was cooked perfectly. This was the perfect place to take my mother for her birthday, and it made the evening really special.
Meat Factory fully lived up to its great reviews. Regina was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome.

“I do not have regular access to steaks and service of this quality, except at our absolute finest of restaurants.”
And that is true.
In America, we can get a good steak at any number of branded steakhouses or independent restaurants. Sometimes those steaks are terrific, at times service is extraordinary.
Yet, at Meat Factory, everything was 5-star from the moment we walked in.
An unassuming atmosphere with a corner bar, Meat Factory has 80’s music playing at the perfect level. You can easily talk, service is fast and accurate and the food is outrageously good.
People throw around the word “perfect,” but I’m so impressed I’ll be here again within a day or two.
I felt welcome here. The steak quality was top of the charts. The mushroom sauce was homemade quality, side items delicious.
This restaurant does immense justice to Antwerp culture with an experience so memorable I must visit here again before I leave:
