Met some friends so our children could play at the play place. The inside is very clean, the food was prepared very well and come to the table quickly. Staff is attentive and polite. One team member exchanged a toy in our daughter’s happy meal as she originally got one she already had, and the manager even went table to table to check on us and even offered to refill our beverages and brought them back to the table. I typically don’t expect too much from a fast food restaurant, but they went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction

Ate half my McDonald’s chicken sandwich in the dark on the way home from the McDonald’s on the corner of Lorain and Lear Nagle. Didn’t realize it was RAW inside. Absolutely disgusting. Never again.

Made me wait 20 minutes for my food, had me pull forward and the worker came out twice w/o my order trying to confirm what I ordered, finally he just took the receipt inside to figure it out. When I got my food the fries were cold, I didn’t have a straw and I didn’t have extra cheese on my Big Mac when I paid $1 for it. I didn’t have any more time or patience to stick around and get it fixed but honestly they should have given us some type of compensation for making us wait for 20 mins, they could have at least made the food right

This McDonald’s is absolutely ridiculous. Truly. I waited in the lobby for 35 mins for my online order. Customers were ordering at kiosk or coming up to the counter and ordering and getting their food in 3 mins. The owner needs to fire the manager. 2 more minutes and I was going to go back there myself. Employees should be making 7.50/ hr.
No point in using the app. Just order at the window and pull up and wait.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after nearly 10 years of attending this McDonald’s and a few recent years of seeing the amazing and efficient staff, I have felt obligated to leave a review.
Tim, one of the managers at this location, is amazing. I have seen him here in the early morning, never standing still. I have seen him during the lunch rush, manning both windows and tag teaming the counter. I have seen him super late at night, where he was one of 2-3 people there, still churning out orders (correctly). There have been multiple occasions where I see him teach/train in real work experiences. I once witnessed a customer berating a counter worker for their drinks being mediums and not larges. You could tell the counter worker was attempting to remedy the situation but the customer just wouldn’t let up. Tim came over and assisted, treated the customer with respect (even though it wasn’t deserved) and then after the customer left, took the time to talk to the employee and make sure they were good and even showed them a good technique on handling similar situations.
Very rarely has my order taken an extended amount of time but when it does, Tim AND the other employees at this location have kept good communication. Very rarely has my order been incorrect, but when it is, it is handled immediately, once again, with open communication.
This is a great location and deserves 5+ stars.

The food is usually good and hot. But my experience with mobile order pick up or drive-through have not been stellar.
Sometimes the wait time for my order has been more than 15 minutes and many times they’ve forgotten to give me part of my order.

Ordered four things From Uber eats. After opening only got two, and of the two wasn’t even the right size. Waited 25 minutes before they even answered my call. Only got half of my money back from the order. Overall, one of the worst mobile order experiences I’ve ever had.
