My group of 8 friends have dined at Baraco’s for the past 4 Thanksgivings, 2 of the past Christmas, lunch buffets, picked up catered items and ordered pizza to go. We were happy with Baraco’s and thought and spoke highly of the place.
That’s how I felt until today when I ordered and picked up a pizza. When I arrived home and realized a substantial portion was burned. I called Baraco’s and told the man on the phone, it was 1am, about the pizza being burned. He said he’d give me a $10 credit towards my next purchase. I paid $28 before tax for the pizza i ordered. I said I’ll return the pizza for a replacement tomorrow. He said no, I’d have to bring the pizza right back at 1am. Ridiculous.
Neither myself nor my friends will ever patronize any Baraco’s business again.

This place has two atmospheres.
One part of it is fine dining with white table cloths.
The second part is a bar with high tops and booths. This is where we sat. There are TV’s everywhere. Even each booth has its own TV. Abbey Murphy’s dad, the waiter told us, is a frequent customer here. That was exciting for my six year old hockey player son and his hockey player friend. There was a banner for everyone to sign right before she won the gold Olympic medal. Of course my son and his friend couldn’t resist (Connor & Patrick). They’re both St. Jude Knights currently just as Abbey Murphy used to be.

The thin crust pizza has definitely fell off from the very first time I had it, which was probably ten years ago. The deep dish was not what I was expecting at all! I had an out of town guest who I always take to Giordano’s for deep dish and they rave about it! They were definitely quiet about this one!

Was a regular for the longest time. Had a dinner here for my birthday, would always come in a decent amount of times a year. Food was great.All that being said I saw kitchen roaches in the bathroom and I’m not really comfortable coming back.

Was craving Chicken Parmesan for lunch, I placed a delivery order online and my food was delivered in less than 30 minutes. Everything was delicious! Tasted home made. Large portion of pasta. Only wish there was a salad included with the pasta but as fresh and delicious everything was, no complaints here.

I Have frequent the restaurant many times and requested a to go cup and it was never a problem until my vist today 2-26, we don’t give to go cups. But we’ve been doing it for months, and then we refuse to give you a to go cup, don’t buy a pop there. If you think you can take your left over pop with you, think twice.

Went during the week for a luncheon. Had the lunch buffet. Salad bar was fresh. Ranch dressing was decent. Pizza was good. A little oily. A decent Chicago tavern style. Pasta, mostaccioli with marinara sauce was taste less and hot beef was bland. Service was very helpful and atmosphere looked great.

My father and I came in to pick our catering order for Thanksgiving up right before/around 2. There were SO MANY people also there at that time to pick up orders, and I am writing to tell the crew on at that time that you KILLED IT . As someone who also works in the food industry, seeing the system that was designed today to make sure everyone had their Thanksgiving meals was absolutely beautiful. In the midst of the stress and chaos – every employee was smiling, organized, patient and moved flawlessly in the whole process. I want to sincerely thank the entire Barraco’s crew for working your butts off on a family holiday to make sure so many other families had their special meals. ❤️

Pizza is terrible. No sauce and it taste like cardboard. My dog wouldn’t eat this pizza. Called today 1/30/2025 and Erick the man child almost cried because I told him how awful the pizza was. Instead of resolving the situation he hung up like a little female. Don’t patronize here. Pizza is the worse I ever tasted. Better off going to 7 Eleven for a slice of pizza it beats this
