I had the Chicken fried steak dinner that came with 2 sides . Chicken fried steak was tender and good ratio of meat and breading. The mashed potatoes were good and so was the okra and toast . We had to set in the section that had more seating off in another room. It was cold in there. We asked them about the heat and they turned it on for us. Waitress provided nice service. Id recommend this place if your in the Moore Area.

Definitely a different vibe here but the chicken fried chicken sandwich and the onion rings were fire! Chocolate chip cookie was a bit overdone.

The Tahlequah location is my normal and this location has a little less. No shakes, no fry bread. But the chicken fried chicken was great. We showed up with about 25 people and the staff wasn’t really prepared for such a large group, but they made sure everyone got the right thing and mostly kept up with us.

Food was amazing. Took a couple of our employees there for lunch and WOW. They loved it. Wish they had a way to tip the cooks. The food was perfect and we didn’t have to wait long for it. Worked in restaurants when I was younger so I know the cooks are the ones that make it happen. If anyone knows a way to tip them that maybe I didn’t see please post

We stopped in here as we often do on the way back to Texas. We love Del Rancho and both of us have been eating it since we were kids in Okc.
This location moved from the east side of I35 to the west side. I’m so glad it is open and seems to be doing well. Those steak sandwich supreme are the BOMB. They come out hot and fresh EVERY time we stop here.
Our server today was a young guy with fire red hair. He was attentive and friendly. He cracked a few jokes and told us about his future plans. Kudos to whoever hired him because he’s a rock star. We definitely recommend stopping in for a steak sandwich if you’ve never had one. If you have go back for great memories.

steak sandwich and onion rings Was delicious. Definitely recommend the food. The service not so great. You could hear employees cussing and yelling at each other. Wouldn’t recommend taking little ones inside unless they got earbuds.

Waitresses were fast and friendly and food was amazing! We ordered the chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak. Breading was flaky & light, super tasty! Definitely recommend…the family always looks forward to a visit to Del Rancho when we drive through town!

The food seemed a bit bland today and not as good as the last visit. The fried steak was not as flavorful or crispy. On the last visit, the gravy was served on the bottom of the fried steak which was great. This time the gravy was served on top. The gravy also did not taste right. The service was not too good today. The server did not bring the silverware so after patiently waiting, we had to ask another employee who was bussing tables. We also never received our drinks or one of the side items we ordered. When we came in, it was busy but a lot of people had left as we ate so I’m not sure why the service was so lacking. The restaurant did kindly remove the items we didn’t receive on the receipt without issue when asked but we were disappointed on this visit. We are considering not returning for a while…or ever. My advice to the management is if you find a good server, pay them good to keep them there. The problem probably isn’t the server but the lack of training they were provided.

I was skeptical of the food and service from all bad reviews. This was my first visit to a Del Rancho. We ordered the chicken fried steak dinner plate. It was cooked to perfection. The breading was golden, crispy, and seasoned just right. It was not salty. The gravy was delicious. I understand why they place the gravy on the bottom because it keeps the steak breading from getting all soggy. It was lunch time and busy but the 2 waitresses there were attentive. Finally stopped for lunch and will be one of our regular spots when driving thru OKC from now on. Chicken fried steak sandwich was huge. I probably need to get the junior from now on. Not too much breading and steak was perfect. We shared load s fries which were just ok. Crinkle fries aren’t my favorite. Service was quick.
