A couple weeks ago, I went to the cotton patch in Longview. It was my first time ever at a cotton patch. The food was very enjoyable, and the value options were terrific. Our waiter, Xander, What is superb. He kept coming back to our table to make sure our drinks were full, that our food tasted good, and that we had everything we needed. He also made sure I had a cobbler to take home with me. It was delicious! If you’ve never been to cotton patch, I would suggest going.

I believe our waiter’s name was Colton, EXCELLENT customer service! Prompt to our needs, observant to our refill needs, pleasant personslity. Food was good, prices fair. I had the $9.99 Special…BLT with 2 sides. The sandwich was exceptional!! The bacon was thick cut and cooked crisp with reasonable fat. Atmosphere very nice, all staff friendly and appreciative we patronized their establishment. It was a great first impression for a person who had never eaten at a Cotton Patch Cafe! BTW, parking is free and abundant. Access is right off the main road.

He was attentive, kind, and gave us honest recommendations on what to order and he was completely right, everything was amazing! This place has everything a tourist from New England could possibly want for classic southern comfort food. Steak fingers with the jalapeño gravy was awesome, so was the brisket queso. Got the butter cake for dessert and it’s worth every single calorie. Hoping I’ll get to visit again someday. Our waitress Stephenie was awesome, very attentive and made sure we were taken care of.

Wow! This restaurant has the wow factor! The food was very delicious. The fish had a very unique flavor different from any other place. It was good to the taste. The shrimp was excellent as well and the fries too!
The restaurant was very clean and restrooms too. Music is excellent which gives you a good mood for eating your very well cooked meal. Once we ordered the brought it real quick so we loved the service too

Great food and Jaylon was real attentive. My parents always take me to the Longview Tx location and the food is always good. The service is too. My parents eat there regilarly and said Jaylon is one of the best servers in all of Longview which is quite a conploment since they eat out seven days a week.

I was on a business trip on 12/09/25, my wife and I decided to try out the Cotton Patch in Longview. It was a great choice, food was very good and portioned very well. Our waitress Tabitha was phenomenal, she made our dinner experience extremely comfortable. Tabitha was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was always ensuring that all of our needs we met. Whenever we go back to the PATCH I’m definitely going to request Tabitha. I highly recommend for everyone to request Tabitha, she will definitely take care of you.

The restaurant was much cleaner on this visit. The food was fresh and hot, unlike the past two visits. We could tell that changes have been made to try to restore some of the old Cotton Patch flavor. We hope they will be able to continue to make changes as new carpeting is badly needed and some paint would help. Joshua, our server, was attentive and professional. We were glad to see Cotton Patch had made these changes and will be back!

OMG .I’ve never been here in my life . It was my first time and I’m 34 .. the food was amazing , even my queso and chips were better then a lot of Mexican restaurants. I can’t believe no one told me about this place .the prices are so cheap too , I now feel robbed by all other restaurants.. seriously about to become a frequent flyer there just because the food was so good and you cannot beat the price ..and of course my server Ananda was amazing and gave top tier service
