What an incredible experience at the Chart House in Melbourne, Florida! From the moment we walked in, everything just clicked; amazing food, wonderful service, an impressive selection of adult beverages, and an ambiance that truly set the tone for a perfect night out.
Our server Brandon was absolutely fantastic & professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. To top it off, the evening manager stopped by to check on us, which really showed how much they care about the guest experience.
After striking out at two other restaurants earlier that evening, we’re beyond happy we ended up here. It was 100% worth it. Highly recommend this location, and we already can’t wait to come back and check out their Sunday Brunch! ️

Really elegant formal place and the staff treats you as you should be treated when you spend $200 on a meal for two.
The food definitely gives upper middle class vibes. I liked my food but my partner wasn’t crazy about his. Overall, I was full but you definitely go here for the atmosphere not necessarily the menu.
Sitting by the water was so pretty so definitely sit outdoors if the weather permits. Great experience in general so would definitely go back

We chose Chart House to celebrate my birthday, anticipating a high-end dining experience. However, our party of three experienced an extremely deep disappointment regarding the quality of the main courses, particularly the fish. All three of us ordered different fish entrées, but sadly, all three dishes exhibited a serious issue: The fish was not fresh and appeared to have been poorly preserved. The texture of the fish was mushy, lacking firmness, and missing the characteristic fresh flavor of quality seafood. When prepared, the overall quality was terrible and unacceptable for a restaurant of Chart House’s caliber.

The Chart House is always a fun time. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere! And if you’re lucky, dolphins will be swimming by! They are a seafood & steakhouse in a classy setting with views. Dine in or stop in for happy hour which fills up fast so get there for 4 pm! Happy hour has a great little menu and eat, drink, and have a great time! Amara and the crew are all excellent!

Our favorite Steakhouse. We’ve celebrated a few special occasions here. They have always added a special touch, from the staff acknowledging the occasion, a personalized menu, a card and a glass of champagne. All of the staff are wonderful and welcoming from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave. Food is always prepared perfectly. Everything is delicious, steaks are cooked to your liking, and my wife swears the calamari is the best around. Staff have always been very helpful and knowledgeable on wine selection and pairing it with different dishes. We recommend this steakhouse to our friends and family all the time.

The view is great but not as great as the food! Everything we had was more delicious than the last… the meatballs with ricotta are amazing and I’m italian so am very picky. Only problem is that its busy and there is a wait any day of the week. To avoid waiting sit at the bar or go to the “lounge” area that is seat yourself and its the same menu.

We have dined at Chart House for several holidays and they are always on point. Thanksgiving 2024 was no different. We had a lovely corner table with gorgeous water views and dolphins swimming by the entire time we dined. The food was delicious. I started off with a delightful kale and butternut squash salad with goat cheese and balsamic vinegar dressing. The main course was a filet cooked a perfect medium with garlic mashed potatoes. I finished with a truly delectable slice of pumpkin pie. Our server (I believe Brenden was his name) was friendly and attentive. The manager came by twice while we were there and my Mom raved about the kale and butternut squash salad so much that he brought her a to go salad to take home and enjoy the next day. Such a lovely gesture! Everyone in our party of 5 enjoyed their meals. Amazing service, food, and atmosphere. We will return!

We booked a table for Early Dinner and were thrilled by the ‘prefix menu’ they have until 6 PM. The place was buzzing with energy and well-run.
We had the Parmesan Snapper and Balsamic Chicken, and both were absolutely scrumptious! They were perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor.
The portions were huge, and there was plenty left over for later.
The cocktails were a bit weak and sweet, but overall, it was a great dining experience.
