Hot water in the bathroom did not work. Cook had gloves on but was on his filthy cellphone. Did not change gloves after being on his phone. Food was hot. They did not have any honey. You can’t really tell from the pictures but the dining room pretty much all the tables were dirty with crumbs . Elderly staff member was sitting in the dining room waiting to clock in had terrible cough, looked lethargic. I will not come back to this location.

The food was fresh for the most part. I was very surprised unlike other locations the location was semi-clean, not very clean. The staff were very distracted, mumbling among each other in their language, which he didn’t mind but when it came to my service, they were kind of rude luckily I had placed my order for pick up already online so all I had to do was show my phone but even with the interaction they were kind of being rude.

Usually this Popeyes does a good job with their food. This time was different unfortunately. My tenders were under done and felt extremely chewy. Also when i walked in it was disgustingly dirty. The staff is friendly, but the place is consistently understaffed. Even with a 40-minute advance order, my food still isn’t ready when I arrive. Today around 6:20 pm, I saw an employee in a blue winter jacket leave the restroom without flushing or washing their hands and go straight into the kitchen. This, combined with the last three orders missing the 6-piece promo I redeemed through the points system, shows a pattern of poor management and attention to basic standards.

INFAMOUS for taking too long. Just waited 45 minutes for my one person combo meal (2 piece with fries and coke). The servers were kind and attentive that’s why I could give 2 stars but man this is not FAST FOOD AT ALL. I heard there is one more Popeyes coming to the area so fingers crossed! I sincerely hope maybe this place could be quicker when competition comes. Probably too lazy for management to fix this. Stop getting franchise if you’re not up for it.

The last time I came they forgot to give me the rice/beans so I explained that to the staff. Np a rice/beans was added to my order no charge. Again I didn’t look until I got all the way home to then again realize the rice/beans was small instead of a large. So with my 10 piece order I don’t know why they included a small maybe I should have been more thorough and stated a large rice/bean. It’s not worth calling the store to complain again. I’m sure the staff works hard and gets enough negativity as it is and it was an honest oversight but this is twice now in a row my order has been done incorrectly. Fortunately we don’t eat fast food often but I will remember to go inside and check my order before we leave. Lesson learned.

Stopped by for dinner today. Definitely under new management. Everything was still hot when I arrived home 15 minutes later. Apple pie was hot: chicken hot and fresh and sides were freshly made. Can’t say enough about the customer service to top it off. Today’s score 10 out of 10!!!!!!!

Not sure what happend to Popeyes could just be this spot but its gone down hill. And their prices are way to high now with less quality. Just go to another chicken spot anyone would be better and worth the money.
