One of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time — it was honestly amazing.
The staff are very kind and welcoming, and the guys in the kitchen are really friendly too.
It’s a perfect place for a rainy day, with great coffee and good food.
Definitely recommend it!

What a fabulous place near to the station. I wanted a full English before heading home by train, and google reviews highly rated this place, and I was not disappointed. Perfectly cooked and the cheesy egg made with mozzarella was a lovely addition to the whole meal. Unlike most full English breakfast, the tomato was actually warm, and so had been through a cooking process, so many times, with other places, I’ve just had a old tomato plonked in amongst the food, but this was all done perfectly, tasty sausages, nicely cooked bacon, delicious mushrooms. If you want to get a good meal to start your morning then you can’t go wrong by coming here.

Visited this delightful little cafe on Saturday 8th November, which is very close to New Street Station. Never have i had to queue to get in to a cafe, but the wait wasnt too long. A cosy welcoming little cafe seems family run and the staff are very nice and friendly. We opted for the Full breakfast at £14.95, with 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 poached eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans and 2 toast, you are able to have omelette instead of the poached eggs. They have an extensive menu and watching all the different food coming out, all of which looke delicious. Our breakfast certainly hit the spot before we went shopping and all the ingredients were fresh and good quality, my wife commented that her sausages were the best she had in ages. A very nice little old school cafe which is well worth a visit. Not many of these quaint cafes left. The only reason i gave 4 stars was i dont like mushrooms or tomatoes.

Had a lovely morning, it was obvious that the cafe was popular. We had to queue outside but only for a few minutes. Very quick service. The food was good. Due to the popularity of the place, we did feel like we were rushed but understandable when they had people queuing.

Amazing breakfast. We were so lucky we beat the queue! Will be coming back when I’m next in Birmingham city centre. The staff were so friendly too!

Really enjoyed this cosy little cafe. Right behind the station which is so handy and convenient. It was also conveniently located beside the metro station. There was a queue on the Saturday morning, so beware but the queue moves quickly. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and are more particularly friendly to wheelchair users. Would highly recommend this cafe for the staff alone!

I’d give 6 stars if possible. I was seated quickly, served without fuss, my food exceeded expectations and was reasonably priced. Great coffee as well. There’s no reason to go to a chain breakfast place in Birmingham over this place, in my opinion. Support independents!

Had a very nice breakfast here, simple and tasty – service was fast and friendly, but the cheerful busy atmosphere was soured when (i think) two managers started an argument! the shouting continued, between each other and at the staff, for a good 10 mins. Felt bad for the chefs and waitresses who just wanted to get on.

Nice English breakfast. Sausages especially were really nice. Wish the toast wasn’t soggy and for them to offer more egg options eg. Fried egg. Hot chocolate was really nice. Service was pretty good. But the place gets easily heated because it’s small and the cooking/burning/frying/smell of oil was strong and uncomfortable/unpleasant for eyes. But overall good and busy breakfast spot.
