Just staying at the hotel for one night as we’re leaving for a cruise.
Visiting from Toronto
Spoke to a lady who does the drive-through window orders….. She was extremely nice.
All we saw initially were terminals for credit card, We wanted to pay cash and she was so helpful !!!!

Drive Thru takes for ever, do not know how to prepare an ice coffe, every morning the lady at the frive thru takes for ever to take orders, you can be there for 5 minutes before they even acknowledge you. I ordered a vanila ice coffe this morning and besides being horrible (coffee tasted old and too much cream) when I checked my receipt they charged me for a Caramel Machiato which I never received.
I wonder if this happened to other customers. Also, the same lady is doing multiple things while she takes the order.

Supwr rude female employees when customer receives bad order. Askwd for double quarter pounder deluxe with extra cheese but only given ONE patty. Bad face. Then took forever. When reminded the female at register barked back ” theyre making you a fresh one!!!” Which is not the point. Place was dead. Was dining in Employees disapear to kitchen and the dining customer gets ignored. Also had long wait to get a knife and fork. 115p shift on Nov 12th 2025. AND music super loud. WHERES THE STORE MANAGER!

The Issue happened today around 11:30 am manager in charge of the Shift Daisy had no idea how to prepare ice coffee she put wrong flavor, had to drive back from a contract meeting and I did a new order just to see how the service was, speaker volume too low and for the first order of the ice coffee took around 15 minutes, I asked for her name since I had a bad experience at the store. I work for McDonald for 4 year as different charges of manager this to me was a really bad experience and unprofessional, they told me it was franchise it looks they are putting McDonald bar way too low.

Upon arrival to this establishment, the dining room was unclean. The skinny girl handling the front didn’t speak English at all,employees have to be bilingual, and managers have to be on top of everything, making sure the restaurant runs smoothly, including checking restaurant complete,after I advised one table needs attention asap they were upset so far everything change after the pandemic . . .

Horrible service. I have done the McDVoice surveys a few times now since they’ve been around forever. And not ONCE have I been told that it had to come from the exact same store you got the receipt from. Alas, the lady there that only spoke Spanish, wants to say that she can’t take the survey because the receipt didn’t come from her store. No explanation or reason why, doesn’t say there was a policy change or anything, just refuses to take it. I will not be coming back to this store again. I already made a formal complaint to corporate as well since they want to do not even the bare minimum. Workers there are always rude, barely ever speak English, and are always messing up the orders, as double checking the bag as soon as you get it is always a must, if not 2-3 items will be missing or done incorrectly. As someone who has worked fast food, this is so unacceptable it’s disgustingly lazy that something so simple is just not attainable in this location. Like tighten the heck up already and get your acts together.

Very unprofessional staff. I chose drive thru for my pickup order, and the staff insisted asking me to park and pay a 1 dollar parking fee – ridiculous and unacceptable.
