Really disappointed with my experience today. Sat at the bar because there seemed to be a wait for tables. One bartender who was MIA for awhile because he was also serving many tables.. finally asks “oh do you guys want menus”. Then proceeds to take our drink orders, I asked for a water and he never brought it. Then he asked for our dinner orders; we always order soup and we like to sip on our drinks and eat soup with the bread. He never offered to bring us bread; and the soups never came out. Our meals were delivered, I ordered steak with lobster.. meal came with only my steak and side no lobster. The manager brought us the food and when we told him what had happened he did seem disappointed; but the whole point is to enjoy and eat your meal the way you like to, which we prefer to enjoy the soup/salad before our meal comes out. The fact that I had to ask many times for water and did not get it is ridiculous. I am frustrated as we normally like longhorn but this experience was a big let down.

Excellent! It pains me to write a glowing review of a chain restaurant, but the service, food, and atmosphere were all great. The three of us each enjoyed ribeye with baked potato and salad. The cook on the steak was spot on, two medium rare, one medium, and all seasoned perfectly. Tender and delicious. The salad and potatoes were flawless as well.
Our waitress made sure everything was right and glasses never empty without interrupting our evening with too much or too little attention.
The decor was cozy with an upscale feel according to my wife. I liked it too.
It’s a long drive for us, but I want to go back. The prices were reasonable given today’s market. I definitely felt like I got value for my money. Recommended! I usually take pictures to share, but the food looked, smelled and tasted so good we all dove right in.

Went to this Longhorn Steak House for my brother’s birthday. We had a party of six people. Service at this location was good, no major complaints. The food was nothing to rave about to be honest. Some stakes were decent and some were not. My wife got a ribeye and it was very thin. My medium well steak was ok at the edges, but then got to medium rare to completely rare towards the middle. Burger that was ordered was completely bland, no spices. Overall was OK experience, but I doubt I will be coming back to Longhorn Steak House.

The only thing I can complain about is the wait. When we checked in we were told it would be about a half hour wait. An hour and ten minutes later we were seated. Had we known up front we could of did some shopping and came back. Other than the walt everything was good.
