It’s so was so soggy there was a puddle on the bottom of the bag. I have a dog that will eat anything and she looked offended that I offered her this. I would give negative stars if I could. This is the nail in the coffin for me. I will not be going back to this location ever again. I’ve continually had poor service at this location and maybe 1 out of 10 times do they get the order right. Only reason I go back is because it’s close to where I work and it is convenient. No more. This owner should be ashamed of this location. Do better.

Drive thru staff are rude. I was not aware that I could only do 2 in drive thru and I had 3, so instead of getting two of them and having to go back around just for one more (8 cars behind me), I asked if I could come in to get them instead? Lady said I could, kind of with a rude tone. I understand I was going to have to wait a little longer for my third, but I was not waiting behind 8 other cars. What’s the point in ordering ahead if it wouldn’t be ready when I get there? Went inside, gentleman at the register was nice and tried his best to help, after asking the drive thru employees to help us. Multiple times drive thru employees walked by us (empty handed), and didn’t offer to help us once. One lady proceeded to give us a smug smile and walk by us and then back to the drive thru for no reason. I wasn’t rude, I was very nice and understanding. I could imagine a rude response if I was also rude, trust me I get it. Just wanted to share with others so they would also be aware. Thanks for coming to my ted talk, rant over.

I had the same BTS character while eating Happy Meal yesterday.
I went back today and got the same model again. I asked the staff, and he took out all the characters in the box and picked them out. A very close employee impressed me during my busy time.

Went here for lunch to try the new chicken Big Mac meal. The big majority of the workers when I came inside were busy in the back dealing with the drive-thru queue while there was 1 other employee cleaning the dining area. I used the virtual order system which showed that the Chicken Big Mac by itself was $7.25 without tax. I ended up getting the meal which cost a little under $10. I grabbed a table tent to bring to my table, but in hindsight I really shouldn’t have since the employees were busy in the back. When I went up to get my order, they initially forgot to give me my drink cup with came with the meal. I noticed this and inform them of it and they gave it to me.
For the meal itself, the Big Mac was alright with the usual excess lettuce and dripping sauce. The fries were soft and crispy.
Overall, good food with alright service and atmosphere.

I went through the drive thru tonight and the two gentlemen at the windows were excellent!
We had just driven up from Savannah and I was dreading going to McDonalds and waiting in line for lackluster service.
These two young men were kind, courteous, and had a genuine smile on their faces and in their voices. And the food really was fast and hot.
This McDonalds is excellent. They really do have it goin on!!
