Made a 80$ order. Both cheeseburgers AND steak were raw. The cheeseburgers were actually raw ground meat. The steak was rare and I ordered well done. The pecan pie was a cookie dough pie. Like how do you mess up this bad and not answer your phone.

I went after working an evening shift – hungry and kinda down. I was greeted by the manager. He seated me and seemed bothered that they were out of milk when I ordered a glass. No big deal to me. When the waitress came over, she said that the manager was already arranging to get milk for me (at like 10:00 pm). He delivered it himself a few minutes later and was super personable and friendly. The waitress helped me find the right deal on the menu and the food was perfect. I look forward to good food at Denny’s but don’t expect perfection like I received. Better customer service, professionalism, unnecessary kindness, and food than you’d typically find at a fine-dining restaurant. I was super impressed and glad this location is close to home. I’ll be back. Thank you Denny’s ABQ.

I have 4 grandchildren and this is the only restaurant I will take them to because they can be quite the handful at times but when they are at this Denny’s, they are so well behaved and they feel comfortable and at home here. Bethany is such an awesome server and has really been a true blessing to me and my grandbabies. Every time she greets us with such a friendly smile, and the kids adore her. One thing I noticed about her is that she will speak to each of them like they are little adults and she will help them decide what they want from the menu and when they are done deciding, they feel so grown up and happy and it’s really awesome to watch her interact with them in this way. She will bring our food and drinks and she always asks them individually what they think of their food. She is such an awesome server and human being. We have been here several times and had Bethany as our server and the kids all know her by name now and I just wanted to leave her a good review because she really deserves it!!

We were hungry and tired from shopping. The waitress was super friendly and helpful as was the other person (manager?). Our food was good. After chatting with him we left full and happy for that good food, welcome and conversation.

Our server Michelle was awesome. Food quality was typical of Denny’s. Only issue was I ordered the Denver omelet but was given the Philly omelet instead, not a big deal and I ate it anyways.

Christmas Day 2025, came in around 6:30 pm, place was steady, manager took over 10 minutes to seat us and gave us a limited menu. After sitting there for about another 20 minutes, other people came in, manager sat them right away, server took their orders and they got their meals before we could get our order taken. When server finally got our order we were told that we could only order off the breakfast side of the limited menu. First cup of coffee was fresh, sat about another 45-55 minutes before we got our food. Server never came to ask if we needed refills. I asked the server for more coffee (when food arrived) and it was cold. Half our order was wrong, decided not to have it corrected because he had already been there over an hour. Never got butter for our pancakes which we didn’t get to eat because they got cold before we could get the server to get us butter. I asked the server for hot coffee, when he went to fill it up, I put my finger in the coffee and it wasn’t even that warm. Asked for my check it came out to $40 + change. Got to the cash register to pay. Manager didn’t even ask how the food was, so I didn’t leave a tip. Denny’s you need to do so much better. I can’t believe you had a place of business without a crew and management not knowing what they are doing. Never again at this location. $40+ for just eggs, hash browns, bacon (with no flavor), sausage and 2 drinks is a rip off. Oh and before we paid, someone on the other side of the restaurant got a burger severed to them.

On Christmas Eve me and my family were having a rough time getting a table at the other location but as soon as we got to this one the waitress her name is Bethany sat all of us down and was very communicating about the wait they were slammed with Togo online orders and said she would be with us as soon as she could witch was shorter than we expected she did a amazing job very professional and got everything right on everyones orders and very prompt when any one needed a refill or anything for that matter then she helped sign us up for Denny’s rewards and got us a free shake with our rewards

lazy wait staff took several minutes to even say hello to us when we walked in. after several minutes when the lazy staff finally helped us they were incredibly rude told us to seat ourselves. there were no clean tables. keep in kind there several staff members and 4 tables with customers. there was more staff then there was seated tables. poor service at an unclean restaurant. would not recommend going there if you want good service at a clean restaurant.

I do not recommend visiting this establishment late at night due to the poor service I experienced. During my visit around 12:00 a.m. on January 28, 2026, the server on duty (Vanessa) was unprofessional and disrespectful. She appeared disoriented and was slurring her words, which was concerning. Additionally, both the booth and the menus were unclean.
When taking our order, the server, Vanessa, seemed visibly agitated and inconvenienced by having to assist us. She informed us that smoothies, shakes, and ice cream were unavailable. While we were waiting, a DoorDash driver arrived to pick up an order, and the server responded in a condescending manner, stating, “I don’t know Spanish—what do you want? What are you here for?”
The appetizers were served with the main courses instead of beforehand. The food was below average, but the poor service negatively impacted the experience.
