This is a birthday dinner for my daughter. The restaurant gave us a little surprise for her and we were greeted very nicely throughout the dinner. The Manager George and his waitress colleague’s service was great and we did have a memorable dining experience in Italiana. I truly will recommend everyone to dine here!

Me and my family went here yesterday for Valentine’s Day. The food had no taste, and you could tell it was frozen beforehand. Would not come here again for food, we ordered the Stinco Dl Agnello, Pollo Alla Milanese and the Pappardelle Con Ragù. A pint of coke was £8.00, which was not specified on the menu. The service was alright, although I could tell they were under some stress due to the number of guests dining in. We were also charged £17 for a service fee. The atmosphere was nice; they had balloons up for the occasion and were playing some good bangers.

Nice atmosphere and a comfortable environment. The food was delicious and the ingredients were very fresh, especially the seafood, which tastes fresher than other nearby restaurants.
The staff were warm and friendly. Service was a little slow, but overall a good experience. One of my favorite dishes (the seafood in the photo) was unavailable anymore. I hope they bring it back soon!

Disappointed to be leaving a 2 star review as the food was 4 stars!
We passed this restaurant today and after having a look at the menu outside with the 30% off all food deal, we decided to go in.
We were seated straight away and the waitress was lovely but there was only ONE waitress who was taking orders, cleaning tables and making all of the drinks (hence the long wait for drinks/to order) we also noticed that there was only one chef so we waited a while for food too.
Despite the above, the food was tasty so no complaints there.
Worst of all, the Draught Peroni was out of order so my partner ordered a Coke, he was asked if he wanted a regular or large so he went for a large. The glass the Coke arrived in (photo below) was definitely not a large/pint glass and when we received the bill at the end he was charge £8 for the Coke!!! Outrageous pricing considering it didn’t even come in a pint glass as stated on the receipt.
We’ve also read a couple of other reviews saying that the 30% off offer isn’t a great deal anyways as they put the prices up before introducing this offer – such a shame as this little restaurant definitely has potential but improvements need to be made.

I celebrated my birthday here yesterday and had such a wonderful experience. The restaurant not only prepared beautiful decorations but also surprised me with a lovely little cake. I was truly touched by their thoughtfulness and warm service. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and the staff made me feel very special. Highly recommend this place for both everyday dining and special occasions!

Nice and cosy. A midsize italian restaurant. It was decorated with Christmas spirit. I ordered rice balls with tomato- parmigiano and salmon with artichokes. Those were too much for me for a lunch, however taste was good. Service was perfect.

We’ve been to previous fifty five branches nearby and our experience was decent so booked the branch nearby on Liverpool Street since they have a 50% deal going on and they have it quite often throughout the year which is always great.
Service is good, we waited for 10 minutes for our table and it was fine considering how busy it was.
We ordered a few sides which consisted the battered seafood and courgette fries with 3 different pastas.
Personally I thought the vodka pasta was average and wasn’t as nice as other places I’ve tried in Manchester as it was lacking a bit of depth and was slightly too bland for my liking. I chose the pappardelle for myself and was probably the better pasta of the three.
Unfortunately the ravioli we felt was quite raw especially the pasta itself, even past the al dente stage. We had addressed this to the male waiter but he didn’t seem to know how to handle the concern well and froze for a moment, but ultimately the manager took it off our bill and apologised which we appreciated.
Would definitely go again but probably only during the deals, a good date spot.

Amazing authentic Italian Restaurant, I ordered a custom pizza and they had no problem preparing it. My daughter enjoyed it immensely because it had her favorite toppings. Excellent service from Ramy, Martina, and Cloe. We will be back. Thanks you to make our dinner unforgettable.

Nice little neighbourhood spot with friendly service and a cozy vibe. The pizza was surprisingly good, crisp crust, tasty toppings. Definitely worth coming back for that. The pasta and risotto, however, was just average, a bit underwhelming in flavour and texture. Overall, a decent place if you’re craving pizza.
