Haven’t gotten the bread bowl soup in a while…huge disappointment in the size of the bowl and amount of soup. Literally a snack size versus the “old days”. I know…I’m old and everything is that way now but sharing anyway.

I never leave reviews, especially not a bad one, as you guys can see. But I was very hungry before work one morning and stopped by the Panera bread on Springhurst and this is what they gave me for my bacon, egg and cheese bagel. After a morning at the gym, this was very disappointing. Looks like a single slice of bacon pulled into half and put onto the sandwich. Definitely need to do better with this. Other than that, the girl at the drive-through window was very sweet.

They were pretty busy and it took a while which I do understand. The cashier was friendly . I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl and it sounded so good but the broccoli was barely cooked. Very crunchy. The chicken and rice tasted good.

Way over priced. Food is mediocre. Management is an utter joke. Don’t follow food service cleanliness standards.. food inspections need to happen ASAP. Also consistently violate labor laws. Eat here at your own risk.

I would only recommend the dine in or mobile pick up the drive-through line can be extremely long. I’ll talking 15 or 20 minutes and this for one car so this is definitely not a fast food restaurant like I said order on the app and then go pick it up or dine in. However, the food is very good. I ordered several times because it was so tasty the chicken pizza I think it was spicy chicken pizza whatever it is it was delicious I highly recommend it.

Everyone who works there is great.
Not sure if the quality of Panera bread overall is getting worse though. Ordered broccoli cheddar soup and Asian salad. For $16 dollars. The soup was too salty, salad was missing mixed greens. Also, Panera seems to do the whole reduce the quantity and increase the price. I was very disappointed.
