This Dairy Queen definitely needs better management whom I think we saw when we visited, they were just talking happily behind the cashier which was odd. They were honestly in the way of the cashier honestly and it just unprofessional. The staff member, Lope helped us but she seemed out of it as she messed up our order. First, we asked for their 6 piece chicken strips basket without no drink, she added a drink. Second, he asked for BBQ sauce and he got gravy. Third, my strawberry sundae was messy and dripping everywhere. And at last, the chicken strips weren’t crispy at all.

The inside was clean for the most part. The fountain drinks, condiments and sauces section was well stocked and clean as well. The other employee here was much more friendly. She helped a older couple get specific cake due to diet restrictions and she was able to get them a cake that suited their needs. But, unfortunately we definitely won’t be visiting this Dairy Queen any time soon.

Well, now I know why I never buy food from Dairy Queen. Ordered a cheese double burger and a blizzard. The blizzard was good, but could have used a lot more blending. The burger was… Horrible. After 3 bites, I realized it wasn’t going to get any better and threw the rest out. I’m going to be honest, I think I’d rather eat a Jack in the Box burger and I absolutely hate Jack in the Box.
I have had the chili dogs in the past. I think I’ll stick with those in future…and the ice cream.

J.B. was fantastic in customer service; he ensured the place was clean and made a great impression on my young granddaughter.

Okay guys I understand you guys have issues with them forgetting things but come on. Some guy came in with so much attitude picking up his Togo order and it wasn’t ready the poor guy didn’t deserve to be treated the way he did. He nicely said it’s not ready yet until 1:22 Mind you my order wasn’t up yet and it was due before his. I waited patiently all while he’s already upset. When they finally gave him his order immediately he became screaming at him look at my box you know you see that? Idk what he saw because I saw nothing. Then went let me talk to the manager and continued telling her they forgot who knows what all I heard was sauces. Which I promise you it doesn’t hurt to respect people and speak kindly. Wow!!! How disgusting he should be ashamed of himself. This staff was nothing but amazing to him and I’m so sorry they dealt with all that the poor cashier looked like they ruined his day. Just know these people are trying and should be treated with respect.

Went 2 weeks ago. 1st time in a long time. Ordered bacon burgers in app and drove away before finding out no bacon. Employees were making comments about other customers that we could clearly hear. Did the online survey and never heard back from local store. Fast forward 2 weeks. Decided to try again. This time the customer service was even worse. The lady in black with the mask, on Saturday the 13th at 2:45 pm, was the most rude. Ordered in the app again. Ordered Peanut Buster parfait with chocolate ice cream. She made it with vanilla. When I told her it was wrong, she argued with me. When I showed her the online receipt, she grabbed it from me and aggressively threw it in the trash. Could clearly hear her bithcing about us and made the comment “I’m just trying to get rid of them”. My wife ordered a blizzard and we paid extra for peanut butter. Clearly was not there. She again snatched it from my hand, slammed a couple of pumps of the sauce in it and almost threw it back at me. Never remixed it. Never turned it upside down, like they are supposed to. Believe she was a lead or manager. She needs to quit since she doesn’t like her job. Contacted the review site and heard back from corporate, albeit a generic form letter. Will drive further next time since obviously this location needs to close.

Idiocy #1 Their drive through person was wearing a face mask which muffled their voice and made it difficult to understand. (Seriously, they sounded like an adult in a Charlie Brown cartoon!)
Idiocy #2 They asked me to park in the parking lot for my order when they weren’t busy in drive thru. Their parking is not attached and it was an inconvenience.
Idiocy #3 After asking me to park for my food they never brought it out! I had to go in and get my food! What was the point of using the drive thru?

The food was consistent, but the service and communication was absolutely laughable.

I have walked out 2 times for being ignored. This time I was meeting someone, paid for a full meal, waited. After 20 minutes I asked, the cashier about the order. She had no recollection of the order. I walked out. There is no coherent management of the staff here.

The Peanut Buster Parfait has always been my favorite, but when I also ordered the 4 piece chicken strips basket for $7.49 I couldn’t believe how bad that was. The picture shows what was bad, 4 tiny chicken strips. I’ll stick with the desserts, not the dinner.

Seems like this place keeps going downhill, should have drove further out of my way to a better location.
Food was dry and lukewarm, no gravy with the chicken strip basket, paid for upgrading to onion rings instead of fries, got 7 small baby rings, toast was burnt and old and the gal on the speaker box, may she find something that makes her happier with that attitude.
Also, seeing how the “DQ Fan Relations Team” responds with a basic and generic response to every bad review with obviously no corrections or oversight at this location, is even more of a joke!!

Well, here I am again at Dairy Queen. Close to my mom and sister’s house that I’m stopping by on my way home. 2 hours after my normal chow time. Also not burden my family for dinner. Let’s see how they do.

Now when I order a number 9 I get asked if just the sandwich or the meal. Well, that gets a guy thinking that some corporate overlord listened to the little guy’s plight.

Now they’ve got their employees asking for clarification, instead of leaving the customer disappointed and in the land of confusion.

Anyhoo to the point. I ordered a number 9 with no pickle add flamethrower sauce…………….
……………… ……………

Well, there’s my mistake I threw in another
word that’s a menu item. So the employee asked if I wanted the double flamethrower meal. Kudos for the follow-up/clarification again by this employee.

I don’t want bacon, lettuce, or tomato.
So I corrected and clarified to her that I wanted the double #9 with no pickle and add flame thrower sauce instead. With flame thrower sauce on the side.

Well as you can see in the picture I didn’t get what I clarified my order to be. Maybe the cook didn’t get the memo?

The other picture says that is a lie! Charged for a flamethrower not a #9 no pickle. Pickles don’t come on a flamethrower.

Sigh; not to sound old but my friends and I started out doing the same the right way for $3.25/hr. I know there is a speaker box in the kitchen I would have argued with the cashier and produced the right order.

I know the job sucks! You’re there to do it! Not just to do it, but to do it right!

What you don’t see is the amazing homemade burrito beef, and pulled pork, with homemade pico degaio, my little sister made for me.

The reason you don’t see it is that I ate it so fast I couldn’t get a picture of it! ✌️
