The order taker was unkind, the money taker just didn’t care. That I can live with. But then my partner and I got to the second window. We had ordered two drinks, the woman handed us ONE drink (which was completely the wrong drink) but two straws and tried to wave us on. We asked her to fix the mistake, and she acted as if it was some great injustice to her. THEN she told us to ‘relax’ in a very condescending manner.

I wish there 2nd floor be available for rent a birthday party,
I Talked to the employes ND they said is being remodeled.
I really hope so, that way I can ask to rent the 2nd for my son coming birthday.
Atmosphere is good
The playground needs mainance all the areas of it are greasy and there’s a stench of old clothes in the environment, this is only in the playground area.
I really like how they build these McDonald’s location, I dont think I ever seen a mcdonals that have a 2nd level this is pretty cool and can’t wait to see how is the view from upthere

I asked for a large meal and they gave me a medium meal! I payed for the actual prize for the large meal and told them about it , lady at the window just say well i don’t know and proceed to give me the medium meals even tho i payed more than the meals I received…. Super bad service the person taking the orders was also rude when I was asking for items to be taken out from the meals and they still put them items I took out on the meals … I cannot believe they got those type of people working there when all they do is take the order and send it to the kitchen to be made… super bad costumer service . Never eating again there the one on the south west is way better than on the north side I had faith it was going to be better but I guess not……

This is probably the most organized and cleanest McDonald’s I have ever been to! Everyone is in proper uniform. Everyone greeted me and they also checked on my order status. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. Keep up the great work, I also love the energy !!!

Why dix it tske us 20 minutes to get our food. It was 4 people who ordered ofc the kiosk and no one notice the lobby growing with customers standing waiting. The drive through person finally noticed and got the other worker’s to get the orders

This place has a bad customer service everyone should be fired managers are bad as a manager this is the 2 time I came to order good every time I get my food cold and old food this should be fast food not a horrible experience. That the young man he was nice but he doesn’t know how to do his job right this lady she’s super rude. I ordered 20pc nuggets with a large fries large coke…. If you are wanting to go to an mcdonald’s, I wouldn’t recommend this specific mcdonald’s at all. Whether it is drive thru or delivery, they always forget an item. I am tired of wasting my money on this mcdonald’s, very dissatisfied everytime, and even the food is never hot and always somewhat cold. The drive thru lady doesn’t even speak english fluently, she always yells and seems annoyed because she can’t understand what some people are saying.

I walked into this McDonald’s for a McChicken.
I walked out feeling like I needed a lawyer, a priest, and maybe a restraining order against myself.
The moment I stepped in, the cashier looked at me like I was the seasonal item they only bring back once a decade.
He leaned over the counter, licked his lips, and said:
“Welcome to McDonald’s… you look deluxe today.”
Sir, that is ILLEGAL. I am weak and easily influenced.
When I ordered a 10-piece nugget, he said:
“Baby, you can have MY 10-piece… it comes with extra sauce.”
I’m pretty sure HR would explode if they heard that, but no one in that building has obeyed a rule since 1998.
Then the manager popped out of the back wearing a crop top and said,
“Sweetheart, we’re out of napkins, but I can wipe you down myself.”
EXCUSE ME?!?! THIS IS A FAMILY ESTABLISHMENT.
The ice cream machine turned on by itself the moment the cashier winked at me.
I swear I heard it moan.
Machines should NOT be acting up like that. That’s a felony in at least seven states.
By the time I got my food, I somehow had:
a free McFlurry
the cashier’s number
the manager’s number
and a coupon for “One Private McRib Experience” (WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?!)
Would I return?

It would be nice if they could even understand what I’m trying to order and why are the milkshake machines always down?! I thought yall just got sued over that??? Every time I try to get a simple vanilla shake I’m always told “no small banilla shake” I ask why machin don work”. Either higher people that speak fluent English or keep losing business
