I really luv seafood boils, been to several in the City but on a whim wanted to try this place in Oakbrook area.
The place had a nice nautical theme in this restaurant and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The place was busy for a slightly off-hour after Sunday lunch.
The food here was good, nice sauce used in the bag and the medium spice didn’t really have much heat but was still flavorful. The headless shrimp and black mussels was nicely cooked but the size seemed a bit smaller than I was expecting. Since this is served by the pound i would rather have less quantity of these foods but larger sizes.
I was a bit disappointed with the crawfish (which down in Texas is phenomenal) since the head didn’t have the usually tasty “head juice” and the tail meat was a bit of a fight to extract.
The corn, red-skin potatoes and andouille sausage was nice add to the seafood bag of juices.
The gumbo appetizer was very tasty and briny, but could have added a bit more rice.
Overall, an enjoyable meal but a bit pricey (over $100 for 2). A solid 3.9⭐️s

Alisha L was an amazing bartender! She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Drinks were made perfectly and came out quickly, even when it was busy. She has a great personality and made everyone feel welcome. You can tell she really cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I would definitely come back and hope she’s working again!

Get the Holla bag! For the price the portion is good and the seafood is tasty. The seafood bread is good but to me it tastes just like cheese bread.
The seafood boil is not that spicy compared to other seafood boils I have had. I got their highest lever this time and it was still not overly spicy in comparison to other seafood boils where I hadn’t even ordered the spiciest level and it was more than spicy enough for me.
I have seen that there are a lot of complaints about the service at this place but I had no issues. The service is comparable to other seafood boils I have had – expect a bar not a fine dining restaurant!! The times that we wanted something and the waiter hadn’t come by in a while the other staff members were very responsive when we called them over.

This was my first time here, and I really enjoyed The atmosphere, & the food. I had the Headless Shrimp, with Potatoes, & Broccoli. It was delicious. I Couldn’t add the price because it was my B. Day. I was treated to this dinner.

So I had a great waitress I don’t remember his name but he was attentive and understanding. So we came at happy hour time so we ask bout a happy hour drink . He states that you have to order that at the bar .. ok cool so me and my girl go to bar to order and the lady walked away for a while then when she came back she was nice but tells us that we can’t order a drink at bar and pay for it then go back to our table …. I am like that is so silly that’s why I rarely care to go to these types of establishments because they have SOOOOO MANY RULES FOR EVERYTHING! So I would have rather went to YARDHOUSE up the street then to have spent 1$ here . So me and my sister had boil bags . When I say WATERY ? The supposed to be butter and seasoning in the bag was watery the fountain drink all taste like they were diet carbonated and the Mac and cheese was horrible !!! I wouldn’t recommend an enemy to this place ! And if I was a business person I wouldn’t turn down money …. If they wanna pay for drinks at the bar LET THEM !!!! But looking at the emptiness of this place on a Thursday they won’t be in business too long

She consistently checked on us, anticipated our needs, and made sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. Her professionalism paired with such genuine care truly stood out. It’s rare to have service so good that it stays on your mind days later, but that was absolutely the case here. Alisha elevated our entire dining experience — she is a true asset to this restaurant. This was our second visit to this Cajun Boil restaurant, and it has officially become the only location we will ever patronize. The food and service have been consistently outstanding, which is rare and truly appreciated.
To our delight, we were welcomed again by Tiffany, the same server who made our very first visit so memorable—and she did not disappoint. She recommended the calamari appetizer, and once again, she absolutely nailed it. Her attention, knowledge, and warm personality elevate the entire dining experience.
We were also greeted by the manager, Yasmine, who took the time to personally welcome us. She has a beautiful, friendly personality and was an absolute pleasure to chat with. We genuinely appreciated how she went out of her way to enhance our visit—she is clearly a fantastic management choice!
Between Tiffany and Yasmine, we were made to feel like VIPs once again. This is what true customer service looks like when you spend your hard-earned money to treat yourself.
On top of that, the bathrooms were spotless, and the ambiance was relaxing and cozy, making the entire experience even better.

This the best seafood spot, period. The seasoning on point, the food fresh, and the plates heavy every time. The service great and attentive. Alisha made sure we was straight, checking on us, keeping everything coming, and making sure our order was perfect. It definitely better than Oak Park, no contest at all. Once you eat here, you already know, you not going back. S/o to Alisha Again!!!!
