literally so good, the food took a minute but you can’t go outside and expect the food basically thrown at you. the lady was the nicest woman ive ever met, they compensated when the item i ordered was out of stock and the food was cooked amazingly!!! it was smooth and easy, the staff has been nice to me every time i show up and they deserve a raise, all of them 10/10 totally recommending to everyone i know. these people are my family

DO NOT BUY FOOD FROM HERE!!!! I had ordered a shareable bundle from the app it comes with 4 mcchickens 4 cheese burgers a 20 peice with two sweet and sour sauces and one bbq they forget the sauces and a whole burger so I only got the 7 for the fam it was a curbside pick up order but I had to walk inside to get it and walk back to my car not a big issue but defeats the purpose of “Curbside pick up” the food was half warm and got cold quick I’m not bashing the workers too much cause I know slip ups happen and I used to work fast food so Ik the feeling but like now I basicly spent extra money for nothing I wouldn’t want a full refund just what wasn’t Covered I’m never eating here again ♂️

Got a hot burger that was for for some reason crispy. Fries were cold kind of stale tasting didn’t finish either item. Then the link provided in their reply does not work, but then reporting does nothing anyway so why even try.

Truly didn’t even earn one star. This was the second total failure. Food was cold, door dash driver never indicated the order arrived so it sat outside my door for 30 mins, no straws or condiments, food was obviously cold when it arrived and just got colder. No worries there are plenty of restaurants to order from in the area but my kids like McDonalds …:/

This location never uses their drive-thru right they make you pull around to a window to order your food even if all you have is a drive-thru code to give them for a pickup order. I don’t know why I keep checking back every 6 months to see if they get better because I’ve been coming here on and off for 5 years and they have never figured out how to use the drive-thru correctly. Honestly McDonald should tell the franchise owner to shut this location down because it gives them a bad name.

For years this place has been providing subpar service. Incorrect orders, missing items, items substituted without asking. Today my wife placed an order and yet again the Main Street crew showed up in style and messed our order up yet again. Ask for only ketchup, they throw everything on there including onions between the burger patties. Then they replaced a frozen coke with a disgusting frozen blue raspberry drink she didn’t ask for. We visit this location (sometimes by accident or necessity) about once a year and how this place hasn’t gotten better crew or management over the years baffles me, I mean the 2.8 average review rating can’t be for no reason.

One of the most conflicting experiences I’ve had with a McDonald’s as the employees seem nice but I unfortunately have never received what I paid for from this McDonald’s. I ordered through mobile three times here and each time they failed to deliver everything I paid for. Just today I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with shake and fries. Received a quarter pounder with a single patty and no fries. Going to go the McDonald’s further down the road from now on.

My family witnessed a veteran missing one hand and visibly struggling with mental health stemming from his service, being thrown out by the manager after purchasing a coffee. Apparently he had a previous 3 yr old no-tress pass order for falling asleep inside after buying a coffee years ago. This man was arrested. He is being prosecuted for a felony violation. The manager (Amy)is perusing charges.This man who sacrificed so much for our nation deserves compassion and understanding not prison. Don’t eat here! help support our veterans.
