Love coming here! Very consistent quality and always gets our order right 🙂 also goes above and beyond! I was a total klutz and dropped my fries and they replaced them for free ❤️

Disappointed in the service, quality, and price. I went to the Gresham location and paid $11 for a chicken salad that came with what looked like one tiny chicken strip, shredded into little pieces. The greens were wilted, with brown edges, and sliced so thin it barely felt like lettuce. On top of that, the woman at the window barely spoke, no greeting, no thank you, just handed me the bag like I was an inconvenience. Not the kind of experience I expect from Burgerville. Sharing a photo so you can see what $11 gets you.

Not a great place to eat, but I guess it works. What is very expensive for an out of towner could be the norm for the locals.
I got a colossal burger (1/4 lb) (ie. The small one) with a basket (fries and a drink). It was basically $15 which I feel is outrageous. But probably what is needed for the higher minimum wage and cost of living here.
The burger was reminiscent of shake shack, but not as good. The fries were good hot, but once they cooled down, they became very hard and obviously were over cooked.
A small fry is $4.29 and a 22 oz drink was $3.69. To make a burger a basket was $6.29 (basket means with fries and a drink).
The decor was standard for an old diner atmosphere. So if you like that decor, this is your place.
I played on my phone for about 30 mins after eating because The tables were semi dirty and I figured someone would come out and clean them. No one ever did. So like most establishments, this place doesn’t care about the dining room and expects the customers to clean their own tables. Unfortunately, that is becoming the norm. For being 5pm – 6pm on a Saturday, the place seemed dead.
Basically, it was a standard experience. Nothing great, but nothing awful either.

Burgerville made the worst burger I have ever had. It was room temperature and tasted like nothing. Fish and chips was tiny and $14.69. At least it wasn’t room temperature though. Drip coffee took 10 minutes. The only thing we liked were the fries.

Overall, below average fast food that is not even cheap or fast. I regret not going to McDonalds

When you look up fast food in the dictionary, this Burgerville is pictured in a sepia filter photograph. Zero wait on milkshakes is unheard of unless they’re powdered junk. This place seems very well staffed, and well managed. Crispy fries, creamy shakes, and juicy burgers. Look out for their seasonal fries and burgers that are to die for!

This burgerville is often a problem. My food was cold, buns not toasted. The milkshake was good but it just gets poured out into a cup directly from the machine. (Chocolate)
Right before I was handed my food the guy working in the drive thru was rubbing his nose with his gloves on. Didn’t remove them and didn’t wash his hands. I paid a lot of money for food I can’t enjoy and don’t want to eat. I would like a refund and for the employees to be better trained. Disgusting

I can support the local soured food only, which is why it’s not 1 star. I really wanted to like them but the burgers are very underwhelming. Tried it twice and same result. With so much food options in the area there are better options.

If you have not been, you are missing a piece of Oregon. I suggest a chocolate hazelnut milk shake, but be careful as they are addictive! Also lookout for rosemary fries, they are also additive from the first bite!

Orderd online and it was ready on time. Very friendly staff and excellent food. I recommend getting some extra Burgerville sauce to dip your fries into. Online ordering through the app is fairly simple and convenient. You can set a time when you want to pick up your food and you have the full menu to order from.
