Nice modern ice cream parlor with all natural ingredients. They process from farm to store with traditional family recipes. It doesn’t get anymore natural than this. The line gets pretty big on the weekends but they move pretty fast. It’s definitely worth the wait. Plus there is a large seating area in the back to enjoy your treat.

The BEST soft serve you’ll ever have! Husband and I stopped in while passing through for the night in Knox. While we’ve stayed downtown before we didn’t stop in last time, boy we should have!!

Cruz Farms ice cream is all soft serve, but a ton of flavors to try to your hearts content. The ice cream it self is super creamy, not gritty nor overly sweet in our opinions. It was excellent!

I got gingerbread man swirled with sweet cream and my husband got the frozen hot chocolate swirled with Santa’s cookies and milk, their current seasonal flavors. Both also fantastic! You can also try any flavor you wish.

If you’re local, visiting, or looking for a great ice cream spot downtown. Give Cruz a try! 10/10 – we’ll be back.

We went after we went ice skating downtown. The ice cream is creamy and tasty. The hot chocolate is all right, I wouldn’t get it again. The people working there are nice and the Christmas decorations were fun.

Yes the line is long but fast and well worth the short wait. Excellent Christmas candy cane flavors as well as many family favorite’s. Highly recommend!

While the location was excellent, the ice cream flavor was quite disappointing. I particularly advise against the Girl Scout Samoa, as it was the worst ice cream I have ever encountered. Although I enjoyed the ambiance of the establishment, the ice cream itself was a financial misstep given that I consumed very little of it. I do intend to sample a different flavor in the future, but for now, this reflects my experience.

We stopped by Cruise Farm Ice Cream and it did not disappoint. I got the sorbet/lime Dole Whip twist in a cup, and it was really refreshing and flavorful. My husband went all-in on something very chocolatey, and his was great too. Everything tasted fresh and well made. My only regret was ordering a regular cup instead of a kiddie size—it was delicious, but definitely more than I needed. We’ll absolutely be back (next time with a smaller cup for me!).

Mid afternoon and a line out the front door. I’d guess 40 people in line waiting to order. We decided that line itself is an indicator to give it a try! Absolutely worth it! Line moves swiftly with very nice and patient staff! The ice cream is obviously good, wide variety of options and combinations.

Cruze Farm Ice Cream in downtown Knoxville made for a fun stop after dinner with friends on a warm evening. The place has a nostalgic soda fountain feel to it—right down to the red-and-white branding, and the staff dressed like they time-traveled from a 1950s milk bar, which honestly added to the charm.

I went for the Cookies N Cream Churn, and it hit the spot—creamy, rich, and topped with a generous handful of crushed cookies (as you can see in my photo). Between the group, we tried a bit of everything: root beer floats, strawberry milkshake, sweet cream, vegan vanilla… not a single complaint in the bunch. Everyone seemed pretty happy with their choices, and it was the kind of place where the mood lifted as soon as we walked in.

The only knock—and it’s a small one—is that the layout gets cramped fast. Once the line grows (and it did), the space fills up quickly, and it can be hard to figure out where to wait or stand without getting in someone’s way. Still, it’s clearly a local favorite for a reason.

I’d definitely swing back by if I’m in Knoxville again, especially after a long day of walking. Worth a detour for anyone craving a sweet treat downtown.

Stop in with the family on Sunday for a treat after having brunch at Market Square. The sweet cream milkshake is hands down the best I’ve ever had. It’s $7.49 for a shake but worth every damn penny. It’s sweet rich and decadent creamy goodness in a cup. You will not be disappointed. It’s so good I’ve never had anything else from there. The wife raves about the cookies and cream though. If you have kids this is a must stop. You get 45 min. of peace while they are woofing down this ice cream. That alone is worth the cost of admission. Can’t recommend Cruze Farm enough! They stand alone at the top of the ice cream mountain. Take the climb and plant your flag in a sweet cream milkshake.

Not sure if I will ever make it back to Knoxville, but if I do, I will definitely come back to this place. I tried the half and half buttercream and pumpkin spice flavor and couldn´t get enough of it.
