My first time getting an american smash burger and it didn’t look the best. I ordered no onions but they added quite abit. So I asked for a remake and Amber got me a new burger and it was so delicious. And gave me some reward cards. Thank you Amber for making my experience at this sonic a positive one.

My food was cold and they forgot the sauce and cheese that I PAID for! When I tried to contact the store the number wasn’t receiving calls. Cooperate was very rude and kept talking over me and accusing me of yelling when I was very calm. What a joke.. all over sauce! I ended up just throwing the food away and going to Dairy Queen who was very friendly with fresh, accurate food. I work fast food. I understand shit happens. But its all about how it’s handled. Keep my $25 and I’ll just value it as a lesson!

Came here for dinner tonight. The hamburgers weren’t that great and the sonic blasts could have used more of the candy as it just tasted like vanilla ice-cream. Cherry Limeades were delicious! We waited about 40 mins for our food though. I missed the driveway entrance and so we parked thinking it should be a similar wait and they took care of the whole drive through line before serving any of the parked cars.

Love the drink special from 2-4. Love me some cherry limeade. Usually pretty fast getting your order out and they make far fewer mistakes than most fast food chains. That’s always a positive.

I think it’s time for this location to invest in a new grill. Seems like over half the time I decide I want Sonic, I’ll open the app and virtually all of their entree items are labeled “temporarily unavailable” Either their grill is truly that unreliable, or they are fabricating the grill issues in order to get out of doing work. I would not put it past them.

Tried to order at a stall today and was told to go thru Drive Thru. There were 2 cars ahead of me in line and after waiting for a total of 35 minutes I finally drove off without my food. Terrible customer service my Tator tots were cold then when I asked home to remake them fresh he refused and told to me to stop trying to get stuff for free. I was not rude or anything. Whoever the guy is that work early in the mornings have terrible customer service.
