Is IHOP is conveniently located right on Highway 90 in Biloxi. The menu very busy but still having the signature IHOP food that we all love.

But other than that, I was quite disappointed with this location and the overall cleanliness and service of the restaurant !!!!!!
If I owned or managed this restaurant, I would be ashamed !!!!!!
When you walk into an establishment and dishes have been sitting around on tables for I don’t know how long at least an hour plus that I witnessed!
There were ants yes you read that right ants on the table !!!!
And that table was clean that had the ants on it …
It took forever to get water, even longer to get our food, when it finally did arrive, the order was wrong missing food. It was just a total conundrum!!!!

Oh yeah, my waitress did not write anything down. I don’t care how good of a memory you have.., you need to write orders down. If I was a health department inspector, this restaurant probably would be shut down..
Or at least written up for sure !!!!

What food we did get was cooked very well. I do have to give the Cook the kudos that he or she deserves good job there. Pancakes were very good.! hashbrowns were cooked perfect. And the eggs were done just right.

I truly am very disappointed IHOP staff get your act together! IHOP owner know how your business is being run and change the policies at your restaurant get her done!!!!

I get that Midnight is late to be ordering, but when you pay a $5.00 difference in price on pancakes and you charge $0.39 for utensils, I expect to at least get the correct pancakes. I ordered tre leche pancakes and received regular pancakes. I also paid the extra $0.39 for utensils that I didn’t receive. I guess thy figured being it was a Togo order if they screwed it up it wasn’t a big deal. This is why places like this a failing. Do better people.

My baby boys and I love this spot. We are always greeted expeditiously regardless if it’s the host, cook, waitress, or manager. Waitress and food always on time. Food is always cook to expectations. I have absolutely no complaints! Keep up the amazing atmosphere!

The atmosphere was very unpleasant due to one employee who repeatedly emphasized that she was from New Orleans. Her behavior was loud, disruptive, and disrespectful toward the manager, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable for guests.

As a business owner myself, I found the yelling and lack of professionalism unacceptable. She also spoke negatively about management to customers, which should never happen in a professional setting.

After her so-called “Tin Top” table left, she sat down and began crying in the dining area. Once she was no longer actively engaging with customers, the restaurant became quiet and pleasant again.

Overall, the behavior was unnecessary and negatively impacted the dining experience.

Our waitress was the best she was calm and ensured us the food was going to be good.
I would’ve been sent “Ms New Orleans” home.
She needs a new job as she expressed to her favorite table.

We hadn’t been to IHOP in several years due to multiple bad experiences. We received a gift card so decided to give it another shot and am so glad we did!

The inside is renovated and looks really good. The menu is revamped as well. There was no wait to sit despite them being pretty busy.

I got lemon blueberry ricotta french toast and it was delicious! We also got the kids smiley face pancake, banana caramel pancake tacos and country chicken pancake tacos, along with eggs, hash browns, bacon & sausage.

We were very pleased with everything from taste, value, menu variety & customer service. Our server Keshia was awesome! Very friendly and attentive making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

The food is decent. There’s almost always a pretty good wait, where there’s not one at waffle house with the same amount of people and less tables. Some of the staff have attitude problems.

Edited to add that their to go service is also subpar. We ordered to go on Sunday & were missing toppings and butter on pancakes/French toast as well as sausage. Their only offer was to drive all the way back to get it.

This has to be the worst restaurant I’ve been to EVER!! It was at least 10 minutes before I even saw anyone and that was because I poked my head around the corner to the kitchen. I would have left if I wasn’t picking up an order. At least five tables were a mess( there were no customers in the restaurant but their tables from where the customers had been hadn’t been cleaned off at all). Clearly this waitress didn’t do anything. after I had been there for over 30 minutes, he finally came in. She came in screaming at the cook and me for being upset that she wasn’t doing her job. It was absolutely ridiculous! She was cussing and slamming dishes and just being extremely unfriendly and unprofessional! This girl definitely does not need to be working a job in customer service! The cook did both his job and hers! I mean look how many dirty tables and absolutely no customers in the restaurant. There’s absolutely no reason for that. If it were my restaurant I would rather close down then have her work for me

Worst experience of all time. Everything was dirty, no clean tables and most were empty. Waitress said they’d been like that since 2pm, it was 7:30pm when we arrived. Finally got to order our food an hour and a half later. Waited another hour for our food. It looked completely unedible, the cook looked like he hadn’t bathe in days. We finally left after this. Will NEVER grace a IHOP Restaurant again. This happened at 2 different IHOPs one in Biloxi, MS and Gulfport, MS on the same night!!! The company needs a big overhaul because you’ve ruined this customers Thanksgiving , Thank you

We had a great breakfast here this morning. It was early so only a handfull of locals were here. The food was really good and fresh the service was great and fast. The restaurant was clean as well as the restrooms. The food is reasonably priced with nice combo options

Definitely the worst IHOP we have been, the waiter made fun of how we spoke and service was rushed. The restaurant itself was dirty and food was average. The experience was very similar to a Waffle House although you would expect a better experience at an IHOP
