Picked up food from Wendy’s in Morrow, GA. By the time I bit into the sandwich, I was already on interstate 75. I realized something was off with the food, so I just did not eat it and stopped to this Wendy’s, to show the staff that I did not eat the food because it was not good. The shift manager Amaya immediately asked me, what do I want in replacement of it? And I told her just a sandwich nothing else but then with me being honest to let her know that the food was from another Wendy’s, she said that she needed to call her manager. Once she finished the call with her manager, whose name is Theraze. She told me that she could not replace my food because it was from a different Wendy’s. Initially, she never even asked me for a receipt or location. She was just going to replace the food. But then came back and said, I cannot replace a sandwich, poor customer service. I see why this Wendy’s has poor ratings. A freaking sandwich replacement

This Wendy’s seems to be understaffed or just poor service in general. I’ve arrived 2 hours prior to closing on 3 separate occasions + you can’t seem to get service//food in the drive-thru once 10pm hits. We’ve been waiting in line for over 30 minutes to be told that the fryer was inoperable.

Quickly reminded of why I don’t like this location. The quality of food and service are both poor. This was supposed to be the grilled chicken ranch wrap. This is exactly how it fell open when I opened the foil. Tried to wrap it and the tortilla, which was already torn completely came apart. The people aren’t very friendly… young and there for the check.

Go to any other Wendy’s. I’ve asked for spicy chicken nuggets just to get regular. Have gone to the drive thru at night just to be told it’s cash only. Went to get cash across the street just to come back and be told they’re changing shifts and it’ll be a thirty minute wait. A shift change an hour before closing??? Now I got the driest burnt piece of chicken in my sandwich it’s not even edible.

Slow, terrible blr, unfriendly service. Old bacon on burger, bun was soooo old. It tasted old and was falling apart on this visit and my last 3. No napkins, no straw and today my coworker got chili and no spoon! For those prices y’all need to do much, much better!!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and ass for no tomato because I have a food allergy. No my fault born that way, and instead of the chicken sandwich I ordered I get the plain chicken sandwich with bacon. I don’t have time to revisit because they got a drive thru order wrong. I only have a 30 minute lunch and it would be wasted just getting them to get the order right. Never going back. I would give no stars cause I tried to give this place another chance but they failed as expected.
