We were driving by on the way to a different restaurant when we saw how packed this one was we had to try. It was so worth it! The food was amazing and the staff was so friendly and great. I can’t wait to come back.

I loved it. I usually don’t like breakfast sausages but these were good. I got Jim’s breakfast or something and the cheese was a lovely touch. The pancakes were tasty but they kinda fell apart easily, like I couldn’t cut it with the fork without it breaking into four pieces. Ima start reviewing the bathrooms in too, there was no divider between the urinals, the water was cold, and the paper towel machine was broken. 2/5 star bathroom. Rainbow outside tho.

Love this place. From St. George, Utah, we never been here because St. George doesn’t have one.
I would like to say that this restaurant is that fastest food service I have ever seen. I wish all sit down restaurants should be like Jim’s.
Me and my family is visiting my grandma and we needed a restaurant to eat fast. Went to Denny’s in Lehi, we had to wait 20 minutes to get seated. But going to Jim’s, we didn’t had to wait at all. When they took are order, it probably took them 10-15 minutes for them to bring our food. Which I was very surprised. Love it.
I had the “Chili Verdi Breakfast Burrito”. It was really good. The atmosphere was was more like a cabin which I love it.
This is a must recommendation for those who need a quick bite to go to if you don’t want to go to a fast food restaurant.
Wish they can have a Jim’s Family Restaurant right here in St. George, Utah. Please CEO, have a Jim’s here in St. George.

Fast service! We ordered and the food came out 3 minutes later. We enjoyed the Jim’s breakfast and had an overall good experience. Server was nice and informative. The only hold up was the bacon was dry and overcooked.

The breakfast platter was just ok. Although the pancakes were delicious! The hashbrowns were greasy and had no flavor, eggs were overcooked and bacon was ok.
Overall, it was fine. Nothing bad, but just ok. I didn’t finish it or ask for a box to take it home. I would be open to coming again and trying a club sandwich or maybe a main dish.

Overall one of the best dining experiences of my life. I went there for breakfast, everyone was so nice and also knew what they were doing. I am so grateful for this experience. My server’s name was Tyler, they were so great and definitely deserving of a raise.

We are not from Utah, but our server made us feel at home! We went at around 9:30 am on a Saturday and got sat right away. Our food came out in a timely manner and was warm. The food you see in the picture is all my meal. All this food is under $15! I had leftovers as well. The pancakes were light and fluffy 10/10. My only complaint is that the shredded potatoes or home style potatoes were not crispy enough. If you get them ask for them well done or crispy. The orange juice does not get free refills so drink with caution. I recommend this place to anyone in the area. I give it a 4.7 stars out 5 stars.

We stopped in for lunch, overall experience was great. The highlight was our waitress Michelle, she made this an easy 5 star rating for our family. She was extremely attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Not to mention she was amazing with our two young boys. She treated us like family. Would definitely recommend, and I would recommend you ask for Michelle.

A great all American family restaurant. I have to be honest I’ve been here twice and really liked it. But I’ve only ever had breakfast here. The food is really good and very well priced. I had the Belgium waffles and my wife had a skillet. We both really enjoyed it. The portions were big but not too big. Nice atmosphere and the service was also fantastic highly recommend if you are looking for some comfort breakfast food
