I was super impressed with how well kept and clean the dining area was. They were very busy on the drive thru, so I went inside. The menu of course is the same as everywhere. Staff was friendly also despite our being in such a hurry.

Worst place to stop—total waste of time and money.

I went through the drive-thru and was told to pull forward while they brought out my drink. No one ever brought it. When I went inside to get part of my order corrected and ask about the drink, the employee on shift was rude from the start. I then tried to speak with the manager on duty, and they were just as rude and extremely disrespectful.

I was dismissed and told I wasn’t getting my drink because they were out. When I asked for a different drink option, they refused. When I asked for a refund for the drink, I was dismissed again.

The only positive part of this experience was one coworker who was on his lunch break—he tried to step in and help as much as he could, but since he was on break, he couldn’t fully get involved. I still want to give him credit for being the only one who showed any effort or professionalism.

I completely lost my appetite and ended up out $45. Overall: terrible customer service from start to finish.

This location is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. You can normally count on consistency with McDonalds but not here. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy. We ordered inside with scanning our app. We literally waited with about 12 other customers for our food ticket to be called. We ordered a basic cheese burger and two fountain drinks. We waited a very long time. We thought about just walking out as we are traveling. Got our food finally and cheeseburgers were barely warm and buns hard.
The owner needs to get a handle of what is going on or not happening as the case maybe.
Complete fiasco in that location

Come on Winnemucca you can do much much better than this!

It was awful, a terrible experience. I was traveling and went to McDonald’s, and the food was stale and very dry. I was barely served. But what bothered me most was seeing a manager (I assume she was a manager) speaking rudely to the employees, including a young woman who seemed to have special needs. My friends and I witnessed it; that person doesn’t know how to treat employees. There was a girl who worked for DoorDash who told me she was a new manager who had come from California. I remember she was short.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. I always get the burritos and a coffee. I was asked if I wanted a hash brown and i said no. I got my meal and I had a hash brown and of course was charged for it. Uhgggggg, it is always something.

I walked into McDonald’s Winnemucca with a perfectly good frozen bean burrito I bought at the Sinclair station for $0.99. All I needed was 90 seconds of microwave time. I know they have microwaves back there—I can hear them beeping! It’s the sound of progress!

I politely hopped over the counter to ‘self-service’ my lunch, and suddenly it’s a federal crime. The manager starts yelling about ‘health codes’ and ‘liability.’ I told him, ‘Buddy, the only liability here is my hunger!’ I even offered to pay for the electricity. I slapped a nickel on the counter—more than fair market value for 1.5 minutes of radiation.

They escorted me out like I was trying to steal the secret sauce recipe. I tried to explain that in the Ranchos, a microwave is a community resource, like a garden hose or a shade tree. You don’t hoard the waves!

One star. If you’re too fancy to let a paying customer, I bought a small water cup! heat up his own auxiliary lunch, then you’ve lost touch with the common man. I’ll just go put it on the dashboard of my truck; the sun cooks it better anyway.

Stopped in for breakfast at the beginning of a very long road trip. I judge all McDonald’s by their muffins. This one was on it. Perfectly toasted. No black, burnt spots. Extra butter, just as I ordered. Everything was delicious

I ordered on the mobile app and did curbside. They looked really busy and after waiting 30 minutes I went inside. There was a crowd of people around the register demanding their order be canceled or they had missing items. One customer said his 6 piece nugget only came with 2 nuggets. I asked to cancel my order and the poor girl called for the manager multiple times but the manager would not come out from the back. After over an hour I received a portion of my order. I gave up, fed my kids what food they did give us and hit the road. I figured I’d request a partial refund later but the mobile app makes it impossible.

Waited over 40 min for our breakfast for our food to come out cold and our coffee orders to be not what we ordered even though there was no one in front of us. The line piled up behind us and there are now about 50 people waiting for their orders. Literally the slowest McDonalds I’ve ever been to in my entire life driving across the country stopping at around 150-200 different locations. Additionally, they only filled my medium coffee about 2/3 full and the creamer is clearly rancid. Walked across the street to the gas station and picked up way better coffee.
